After agreeing to terms (specifically in writing) and making payment... They delivered half of the solution (about 2 weeks) and then stopped communicating > I have tried calling, texting and emailing without response (now 11 days). I had requested and paid for a customisation that would significantly improve their app. I did not get the customisation nor did I get the other half of what was promised > KDS (kitchen display) or driver app. I did also ask for screenshots of them, which I never got. I emailed them, called, texted > their last login was two weeks ago (contracted just over one month) which tells me everything else I needed to know > I got scammed. I have a business to run and I am extremely disappointed and upset that I gave them ("CEO" Sandhya) my trust.
