Before people think its because i didnt get offered a loan and im being negative ... i got offered one. However 5 phone calls later..4 hours of wasted time.. being scrutinized for every spend on your accounts... asking for joint accounts when they have your credit file in front of them. I wouldnt bother unless you are desperate. You feel like a convict.

Norwhich trust especially ryan was so helpful explained everything so clearly to me went thru it all and understood my situation talked to me like a human being and had compassion I am so glad I choose norwhich trust the hole process was easy and simple to do and couldn't believe how quickly I received funds 1 hour after call I was expecting maybe a week or few days it has took so much preasure off me with worry and now instead of paying out on all different cards etc I have only the 1 monthly.

The guys that processed my loan were absolutely awesome from start to finish 👌...Lauren couldn't complete my affordability check because I didn't have sufficient time on the day...she suggested that we finish some days later as she will be starting her annual leave the next day but I said I would really want to get this out of the way and she agreed to call me from home whilst on annual leave and phone appointment was scheduled for 1pm...and bang!!! @ 1pm the next day my phone rang and the affordability check was conducted and concluded...Stuart King stepped in the next day to finalised the process, within few hours the loan was approved...the best part of these guys, especially Lauren, was the fact that they deal with you as humans not as robots...they try to understand your circumstance and probably step into your shoes...they spoke with empathy and displayed the highest level of professionalism with a touch of humanity!!! Nice one guys, am really pleased!

1 in a million, calm, collective and takes her time, she need a pay rise or promotion.

Their Affordability assessment doesn't add up logically and when talking to the underwriting department trying to explain, they didn't want to help and were very robotic.
