This is the second time I have used Norton Finance and again they have been excellent. Danielle Borrill was our case manager and she supported us through the whole process , nothing was too much trouble and she is incredibly efficient . The whole application was completed in double quick time and we received our loan money this morning. I can't recommend her enough.

Absolute joke company... I have applied, they have called back and asked for a few more details. I asked if it is possible to send me an email. Their answer was: "We can't". Then I asked the girl who were talking to me on the phone, if it is possible for her to talk some slowly and in responce I got an answer that they will not be able to continue as I requested them to continue speaking slowly. Nonsense...

Got an online quote just out of interest. Wasn't for me, they've called me 30 times in the last week. No exaggeration, 4 to 5 times a day, every day. Don't give them your number, you'll regret it. Won't ever use them out of principle now, even if I did need it.

DO NOT ENQUIRE FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will not stop texting / ringing and emailing constantly- even thou I’ve repeatedly told them take me off their list

All the advisers were really helpful and always there to pick your calls. I cannot help but mention Laura Shaw. She treated me like family all the way through. Wonderful lady and a great asset to this company.

Absolute crooks, they owners are multi millionaires and they prey on the poor, stay well clear and please never use this company

I thought dealing with a company like Norton would be good and all the 1* reviews couldn’t all be right, wrong!
Without going in to detail I would just say avoid these and seriously look elsewhere for your finance needs. We did and got everything sorted quickly, professionally without having to chase these…..

Very poor company will rather you go into debt than help you out stay well clear

Worst mortgage company ever. Any excuse possible to avoid remortgaging to something resembling a semi reasonable rate and cannot make overpayments as the lump sum would “sit in credit until the end of our mortgage term” and not reduce the term or the monthly amount! Avoid at all cost!

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a secured loan. Not only because it was quick and simple but because of the service you will receive.

Every agent I spoke to engaged with me was helpful and I genuinely felt valued.

Fraudulently added my partner to a loan and also have marked a missed payment against both our credit files although the payment was made, avoid at all costs. Total cowboys

The members of staff that we spoke to were excellent and very polite, although we choose to Finance in a different way I could fault the way Norton employees conducted themselves during the calls, no pushy sales at all. Would definitely recommend and consider using in the future.

Dealing with this lender has been breath of fresh air. We came to you after being turned down by another lender who wasted 5 weeks of our time making us jump though hoops to then turn around and say no to us, for no good reason.
The application with you guys was quick and easy and the whole process took only about three weeks. Thank you Norton Home Loans. We will definitely be recommending you as the best lender out there for secured loans.

I spoke to this company on Friday to be told I had been successful and would receive email confirmation of the offer, this never arrived but I was plagued by multiple call backs all through the following few days. I then chased up the missing email and was again told I had been successful and the email would be on its way. 24 hours later I chased again to be told I had been dropped and an email explaining why would be sent immediately... guess what no email, no explanation.
The company is truly fill of empty promises.

I was 'highly' recommended this company. I applied online, stated I was deaf and before I knew it, constant phone calls at all times of the day. Took three emails to inform them I am profoundly deaf and unable to hear on the phone.

They then said they could not proceed with my claim online as it wasn't safe, however wanted me to use Typetalk, which is a three way conversation with a stranger in the middle. Figures(!)

Be warned, this company does not cater for those who cannot talk on the phone.
