North Shore Home Loan Anmeldelser

I have been working with Raymond from North Shore Home Loans for more than 10 years, and he has become my trusted adviser for both home and commercial loans.

Raymond is extremely knowledgeable and always provides the best information, clearly explaining all possible scenarios tailored to your particular situation. Most importantly, he genuinely considers the best outcome for you, not just the transaction.

I have no hesitation in recommending Raymond to anyone looking for honest, professional, and reliable lending advice.

Raymond went above and beyond to help my wife and I buy our first home. It wasn't straight forward but Raymond did everything he could and was always available to help.

Raymond is a very experienced broker, shared his knowledge and expertise, made my first home buying process smooth and simple

Raymond went above and beyond to help us with our loans. He truly cares about his clients and will do whatever it takes to get them across the line. Answering calls, chasing lenders at all hours of the day and nights and just continuosly working and available for all our needs. I thought I excelled in customer service as it is my forte but I'm no competition for Raymond. If you're looking for a broker and a bit sceptical like we were give him a go you surely won't be dissapointed. Once you go Ray you never go back!

Raymond has been fabulous, fantastic and efficient. I’ve work with Raymond three times with two purchases. He is very patience and efficient. He replies to my email instantly and I’ve always able to get Raymond. He even reply my email
during the night and weekend. Unlike other broker who I’ve dealt with, Raymond prioritise the interest of the client and is not pushy at all. I would highly recommend Raymond as a broker and would definitely engage him again if I have another purchase. Thank you Raymond for your help.

We had a complex situation involving both home and business loans, and Raymond at North Shore Home Loans handled it all with incredible professionalism, dedication and expertise. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure we got the best possible deal, navigating the complexities with ease and determination.

What really stood out was Raymond’s tireless work ethic and exceptional communication. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question with clarity, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel seamless.

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, knows the finance industry inside and out, and will fight to get you the best outcome then Raymond is your guy. Absolutely outstanding service!

A huge thank you to Raymond! I am very grateful for your wisdom and support throughout my home refinance. Your attention to detail and strong knowledge of refinancing made all the difference. You were efficient and professional, securing a low rate and making the entire process far less stressful — truly easy and effortless. I appreciated the clear and relevant information you provided, which ensured everything was processed smoothly and without delay.
I would highly recommend Raymond and will continue working with him in the future.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Raymond and we would engage his services again in a heartbeat. Diligent, fast acting, thorough and exactly the partner one needs in the fast moving and often complex world of property financing. Total satisfaction in his services.

Highly professional, useful advice from Raymond at North Shore Home Loan. He worked tirelessly thought out the whole process to ensure we got the right loan to meet our needs, and meet the very tight settlement deadline. He’s very detailed and gives sound advice. Excellent service throughout.

I found Raymond from an online search and chose him because he had such good reviews. I wasn’t disappointed- Raymond helped me out of a tight spot with ease. He was accessible outside normal hours - Sundays and evenings - until the mortgage was secured. His experience meant his guidance was as simple as it needed to be, and he secured the best mortgage available. And if you need as much reassurance on the mortgage process as guidance I can’t recommend him enough.
I expect his new online presence here will quickly fill up with the excellent reviews he has earned on previous sites, and which led me to him. I’m more than happy to recommend his services in the same way.

My situation is more complex than average but Raymond was able to find the solution that met my needs and objectives, including a reduction in my home loan rates.

North Shore Home Loan/Raymond Teo's services are phenomenal.

Always attentive and works around the clock. We always felt reassured during our refinancing that we were in good hands as Raymond consistently goes over and above in providing the best deals for us to consider and sealing same.

My partner and I have already starting recommending North Shore Home Loan to our family and friends and won't hesitate in continuing to do so. Mortgage brokers like Raymond are rare and a gem to find (trust us we have been through our fair share of duds that have made us go through lots of hard yards only to get nowhere!)

raymond has been very professional and helpful.

Raymond is very professional, detailed and patient. He not only helps solve the home loans, but also provides various useful advice and assistance in other areas. He definitely deserves 5-star reviews!

Raymond fought tooth and nail to support my loan application where the other 4 big banks let me down. Raymond was successful in getting my loan with a non bank lender. I am so very grateful to Raymond for going out of his way and spending lengthy times explaining and helped with complications. I will be going back to Raymond in the near future. So very very grateful

My personal experience with Raymond:
1. He is very professional
2. He is very responsible and always considers the clients' needs
3. He is always available when you need his support
I am very grateful and highly recommend Raymond.
