Northern Property Academy Anmeldelser

I came into 2026 with no idea about property investing. Having joined NPA I feel so much more confident in finding deals, understanding strategy and creative ways of raising capital.
What's more, the mastermind is full of like minded people who support each other to go for their dreams. Mike & Hannah offer a wealth of knowledge and encourage everyone to take action and start making things happen.

Myself and my partner have only been members of Northern Property Academy for three weeks, but we’re already blown away by the value. The community is incredibly supportive, the education courses are excellent, and the weekly one-to-one calls have been invaluable. Being able to walk through our own live deal analysis with experienced trainers has given us so much more confidence.

We also attended the live training event today, and it really stood out. It was refreshingly well organised, with a manageable number of attendees, which meant plenty of interaction and opportunities to ask questions. The fact that the training was delivered by the trainers themselves made it even more valuable.

Hannah & Mike compliment each other well in their approach to mentoring, with a blend of clear strategy, and a relatable approach to training.

If the first three weeks are anything to go by, we’re excited to see what the future holds. Highly recommended!

I’m currently having a really positive experience with Northern Property Academy. The training is well structured, easy to follow, and packed with practical advice that I could apply straight away. The mentors are knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions.

What stands out the most is the supportive community and the ongoing guidance throughout the learning process. I never felt like I was left to figure things out on my own.

Overall, I'd recommend Northern Property Academy to anyone looking to learn more about property investing. It's definitely a valuable experience, and I'm pleased with the knowledge and confidence I'm gaining.

We recently joined Northern Property Academy and have been really impressed with the experience so far. They are genuinely down-to-earth, approachable people who make you feel comfortable asking questions.

The content is broken down into small, bite-sized chunks, which makes everything much easier to understand, take in and, most importantly, actually implement.

There is always someone available on the chat if you have any questions, worries or just need a bit of guidance, which is really reassuring when you’re trying to move forward on your property journey.

We’re really enjoying being part of the community and are excited to see where it takes us!

I have been on several property courses and I would say that Mike and Hannah are simply inspirational and offer a wealth of knowledge on the weekly Q&A and deal analysis sessions. The online course modules on the various property strategies are very easy to follow and are packed with information. I highly recommend NPA particularly for the mentoring and support, helping me to take action.

I am on a years mastermind with Hannah and Mike. I enjoy our 1-1 sessions and fully trust their advice. It comes from years of experience and there is nothing they have not seen and can advise on

I’ve recently invested in 1-1 mentorship with Hannah and Mike, and I genuinely think it might be the best decision of my life.

In the last 3 weeks of working together, I’ve been able to absorb a HUGE amount of learning material (I’m someone who spent the last 20 years working in an office and genuinely didn’t have much of a property investment background) and I’m so pleased to say that with their guidance, I’ve also been able to put it into practice - I’ve analysed over 50 potential property deals, had viewings on about 10, made offers on 2 and 1 got accepted! This in itself is set to generate a sizeable monthly income and I feel confident that with Mike & Hannah’s advice, I’ll be able to repeat this a few more times and never go back to a traditional salaried job ever again.

Just a life changing opportunity. I’m a big believer in learning from experts, and Mike & Hannah definitely are experts - and so much more. Practical, approachable, and super responsive.

Thank you so much.

We are currently halfway through the one-to-one mentorship programme with Mike and Hannah. We spent a long time debating whether it was the right investment, having been involved in property for over 20 years. However, we've realised that owning property and truly understanding how to build long-term wealth are two very different things.

There is still so much for us to learn and experience, but having Mike and Hannah by our side has given us real confidence. Nothing phases them, and every piece of advice comes from genuine experience rather than theory. They're also not afraid to give us a straightforward talking-to when we need it, which is exactly the kind of mentorship we were looking for. Although we are on the 1-1 mentorship, we enjoy the community aspect also as there is always things to learn from others peoples routes to freedom and wealth. Keen to see how the next few months progresses but extremely happy with chose Hannah and Mike.

I have really enjoyed going through all the course content and learning more about property investment. The courses are fantastic as well as the network of other people on the same journey and of course Mike and Hannah and all the knowledge they bring. I highly recommend NPA to anyone who is motivated to invest in property.

The NPA HMO Mastery Course has been amazing so far! The content is excellent and goes into great detail, covering everything you need to know. If you have any questions, you can get clear, specific advice during the calls. Mike and Hannah are true experts in the field — their knowledge and support make a huge difference.

So grateful to Hannah and Mike for the knowledge they have passed on, defo get your value for money here, the knowledge is priceless and has helped me acquire my first property on my own! Forever greatful, i can not recommend this team enough!

Genuine, valuable and honest information and guidance on how to be successful in property. Mike and Hannah have been there and done it which is more than can be said for some ‘gurus’ out there

Couldn’t recommend more… the mastermind is the way to go if you’re serious about your future

The Elite Mastermind has been great value, it’s given me the structure and support I needed to actually make progress with my investing.

The weekly calls with Mike and Hannah have been really helpful, they’re relaxed but full of useful advice and honest feedback.

The videos and resources alsp make things much clearer and easier to put into practice.

I highly recommend this property education programme!

I have been inspired by Mike and Hannah to keep reaching my goal potential. With their help, guidance and expertise, anything is possible!

Hannah and Mike are both incredibly generous with their knowledge and experience.

The modules are all in bite size, digestible chunks and broken down into easy to absorb information.

The weekly calls are full of learning, everyone’s questions get answered and new ideas are floated, as well as being challenged in the right ways.

The biggest game changer for me has been the mindset work. The breaking down of the bigger picture into smaller sections, and focus on momentum and consistent action along with the support given from Hannah and Mike as well as the rest of the community makes all the difference.

Being part of the Elite Mastermind group with Hannah and Mike Aspinall has been an absolute pleasure. The depth of knowledge we’ve gained around property has been incredible, but one of the biggest takeaways has been the mindset shift — it’s genuinely life-changing. We now understand how to create true financial freedom for our family, and that clarity has been empowering. The community Hannah and Mike have built is inspiring, supportive, and filled with like-minded people who push each other to grow. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Working with Northern Property Academy is invaluable to our journey to increasing our property portfolio and gaining financial freedom. The education is in-depth, extensive and expert, and the support is personal, genuine and inspiring. You aren’t just ‘getting a property course’, you’re investing in yourself along side others who are also investing their time, energy, support and camaraderie in your journey. Being led by Hannah and Mike who genuinely care and want success for everyone is refreshing and ultimately a huge relief when there are so many ‘get rich quick’ property courses out there which offer nothing compared to NPA. They’ll teach you commitment, accountability and belief in yourself, without sugarcoating the hard work, but changing your mindset to excitement not fear.

Hannah and Mike have been great mentors. I joined NPP only a few mo this ago, it has given me the confidence to go after what I want to build. The courses provided in the Elite Mastermind are brilliant and give you the tools needed to grow a property portfolio.

Hannah and Mike have been excellent in their delivery of the HMO Mastery course. Sharing valuable knowledge and support in a very well thought out and easy to follow and engage way. Such a nice couple also and always on hand to answer any questions.

Mike and Hannah are two of the most dedicated and genuine people I know. The passion, integrity, and excellence they bring to everything they do is truly inspiring.
