Where to start . Sent out my new rods to an incorrect address. They did nothing to help or even responded to my query. Ups were amazing and tracked them down and delivered after 4 days of my calls of help. One rod after just a few used have lost an inner eye. Sonik said these guys have to contact them to get it fixed or replaced under warranty. These guys have ignored all emails. Customer service is non existant

Ordered online, delivered within 2 working days
I purchased a Century rod online and it was delivered within 2 working days. I recieved a call in the morning from their Sunderland branch to confirm I would be at home on the day/time. The guy who came was friendly and ensured I was happy with the rod before he left.
I've seen some bad reviews about this business hence why I'm leaving this review as, personally, I can't fault them. Product was as described and in perfect condition, delivered to my door. Would definitely buy from here again.

Where do I start? Items out of stock, don't answer messages on their contacts page( what's the point in having a contact page?), taken 2 weeks to be refunded for the out of stock item, I wish I had taken the time to check out the reviews on trustpilot first.
Credit where credits due when the order was changed to exclude the out of stock item it was delivered reasonably quick, still took a further week for my refund!
It's not difficult to give good customer service, I'm sure NETS is a good honest business but needs to TRY HARDER

Reviews seem to either fall into the wonderful or dire service categories.Unfortunately my experience was the latter,as same experience as others in ordering an item and paying immediately.Followed up two weeks later and informed item out of stock and order cancelled with refund to follow.Two further weeks later with no response to emails and still no refund.Fortunately contacted bank who re-credited account within minutes.Their “dedication to customers” strap line is a joke.AVOID- plenty of other reputable companies around

Ordered items in stock and waited 5 days. Still no dispatch email. Asked people on Facebook about their experience with the company and someone tag the owners in. The order was then cancelled. Still waiting for a refund 14 days since. Phoned them and they told me to check the bank next day. Still no refund.
They also don't reply to emails.

Some of these reviews blow my mind. I’ve used NETS several times since the beginning of the year for orders ranging from top end rods, general tackle, reels and luggage. My experience has been superb. Good example, on Friday I ordered a few bits around 11am they had confirmed order AND dispatched order within 5 minutes. I was sceptical thinking they’ve just stuck it in a pile to be shipped Monday but no, hats off it turned up Saturday morning! Fully tracked with time slot, couldn’t have got a better service. Century rod turned up next day as well, safe and sound in decent packaging. Will open up the boxes to put all your products in one which reduces packaging and shipping too (typical thrifty northerners 😜) although at first I always think they forgot to send something but has never been the case. All in all, I’ll continue to use NETS with confidence and you should too, prices are always spot on.

Ordered on line vass hoodie, said in stock! Had confirmation of order and took money. Waiting for 10 days and phoned them to be told that they're out of stock... And they going to have a delivery but don't know when!!!! Got a refund and had to wait for that too.. I wouldn't be buying from them again

Chased up again 12/12024 - NETS replied to say order cancelled as the item was out of stock and discontinued.
Very poor service and inaccurate information given about stock and delivery.

Disappointing
Disappointing having never used them before. Ordered a new fixed spool sea fishing reel which they said was in stock when I ordered it. I chased after a week and was told they were out of stock and would be 2 weeks. 4 weeks passed and still no stock so now awaiting my refund. If I get it quickly I’ll remove the negative review. So hurry up guys.

I’ve tried to order 3 same spools of braided line. Couldn’t take 3 as there were only 2 available.
“Took” the last two then.
After a week of no updates i had to email sender my self. Got the email back with an info that it is not in stock and i have to wait, with apologies and after my second emqil no further answers on how long i need to wait or on how the ordering process on their website actually works, just simply ignored.
Total waste of time and very unprofessional approach.

I had previously left this company a bad review after a bad experience.
I did however make another purchase a year later by mistake. This time I experienced good service, reasonably quick delivery and the best price on the market for what I bought.

Ordered items which all said in stock. Confirmation email said order was dispatched. Took 6 days to arrive and then listed “refunded” against 2 of my 6 items. No correspondence to say order would be incomplete and no apology. Website still promotes the items available. Not impressed and defo Will avoid using NETS again.

Two stars rather than one because they did phone initially to offer alternative stock [that I did not want] (and the guy was friendly), but after that they went completely silent.
5 Star Service
Just received SCIERRA X Force Wading Boot Cleated Sole with Studs from NETS. IT would be a hassle free transaction if DHL parcels had not made a hass out of the delivery. Complained to NETS. They sorted out the logistic with DHL and received my parcels the very next day. I found all at NETS helpful and understanding and would buy from them again.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless . Advertise out of stock items to tempt you in with lower prices than elsewhere clearly knowing they have zero stock , ignore you when chasing delivery . If you buy from these lot , use PayPal so you can quickly recover your money as they also stall on refunds . The worst online company I have ever used . Be warned and read all the other reviews about this bunch of clowns
