Normest Anmeldelser

I ordered 2 items and my postal-office (bpost-Belgium) has made an error and the goods were send back. After asking a refund, normest never send me back any mail and money.

Disgusting! Poor quality and not worth £1 - can’t get a reply even though I’ve tried to generate a return 4 times! Scammers! How can they carry on sending me adverts via email but not respond to my emails 🤷‍♂️😳

Terrible. Company does not seem to accept returns despite saying they do and no one answers customer service emails.

Shame you can’t give a zero star! Wallet looked cheap. Tried to initiate a return -no-one ever got back to me.

DO NOT USE THEM!

"Carbon Fiber" ist in Wirklichkeit billigstes Plastikmaterial. Die Nähte gehen schon nach kurzer Zeit auf und das Wallet ist nicht annähernd den Preis wert. NICHT KAUFEN

Rip-off. Wallet was tiny, cheaply made and did not at all look like a quality product.Way over-priced.

I would give zero stars if I could. The product is cheaply made and the quick return policy they advertise does not exist. My emails to customer service have been ignored and this website/company needs shut down. I tried to leave a review on their site and it was deleted/screened out. SCAMMERS.

Bought the 3 leather items (wallet, keychain and key holder) - all plastic. Absolutely no response from customer services, so had to do a chargeback to edit card. Stay well away

I share a similar, terrible experience attempting to return a Normest product. I concur with the reviews that believe Normest is a vile, despicable company. In my experience, the Normest website if filled with false statements (such as “hassle free returns” and false reviews). I contacted my credit card company, Citi, seeking their assistance to make the return of the wallet that failed to meet my expectations. While Citi has been decent in making purchases, it was worthless in trying to resolve the return issue. After I provided documentation on how many times I had attempted to contact Normest (with no response from Normest) Citi bank denied my claim and said I should “contact the merchant and work directly with them.” Absolutely worthless! If your credit card company is Citi bank, don’t waste your effort seeking their assistance attempting to return a Normest product.

Horrible purchased 2 wallets the second was to replace the first that they would not honor the warranty for. My dumbass purchases another one anyway for it to never arrive. I have yet to get any reply back from the 7-8 emails i sent to have a resolution these aholes need to be shutdown. Looks good but the quality is crap. Stay away spend your money elsewhere. Seriously

This is a pure scam!
Ok website looks great and statements look great but this is all bullsh**
The wallet is of very low quality and there is no answer from the company when I want to send it back!
Avoid this company

I liked the wallet initially. It was half the price of the Ridge Wallet. The carbon fiber didn't look bad. However, the production quality is terrible. Within months, 80% the the torx screws came out. it is like they didn't put any lock-tight on them at all. As the screws are quite small, I didn't see when the first couple came out. Now it is too late and the wallet is unfixable.

Costumer service does not reply.
cheap wallet.

DO NOT BUY!!!!

AirTag containing leather wallet tore at seams in 3 places within 2 months. Customer service does not reply to request for warranty replacement or refund. Do not purchase from them.

THIS COMPANY IS SCAM.
Bad quality product
Misleading information
No replies from customer service.

I ordered. It's awful. I have contacted customer service x3 for return and have received no reply. This while getting massively spammed with emails. What a scam. THE WORST!

The material is cheaply made, I have tried to contact customer service twice and have not received any response! The wallet I purchased is only 3 months old and it completely has ripped. Do not waste your money. We ended up having to purchase another less expensive one that is a better quality.

Company doesn’t honor their advertising. Doesn’t respond to any form of communication.
