Awful product, with a fake returns policy, asking you to return to the US at your cost. Absolute SCAM.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
After many emails dealing with their "product support" offered a 60% refund despite the no quibble refund they offer when you purchase whatever garbage they are selling.
Dreadful way to behave.. Do Not buy anything from these Scammers.

Ware im Juli 2025 bestellt (42€) und bezahlt. Ware nie angekommen. Vielfach hin und her geschrieben. Es wurde mir immer versichert, dass die Ware demnächst versendet wird. Nie angekommen!!!!

I received my order on 4. October and am so disappointed with the product that makes my feet hurt badly. Not living up to my expectations, I checked the returns policy (after having read before purchase that I had the right to a return whatever the problem) and I realised that as it was a 'special offer' I may NOT return them. What a scam. I'm left with a product that is of no use at all. Shame on you Norelie taking advantage of people in pain.

Nach mehrmaligem Schriftwechseln bot mir Norelie an den halben Kaufpreis zu erstatten
Danach kam das Angebot den Kaufpreis komplett zurück zu zahlen
Das finde ich in der Tat sehr nobel

Schnelle Lieferung., Sehr gute Einlagen von der Stange, die perfekt passen, den Fuß gut unterstützen und sehr angenehm zu tragen sind. Bei Bedarf gerne wieder.

This company is an absolute scam. They claimed they are a Canadian company they are NOT!! The parcel I received (which was garbage I might add) had a return address of Mississauga Ontario. Then when I say I want a refund (so I go through my PayPal account) they want me to pay to send it back to Asia. They are completely fraudulent do not buy anything from this company you might as well take the money and burn it you won’t see it again.

Releived pain in my left leg, first use. Bought for neuropathy, has increased my nitric oxide levels. Also use on tennis elbow. Neuropathy seems to be getting better with continuing use. Started three weeks ago. Great product. Recommend highly. I have feeling back in my feet. Have great hope.

GARBAGE COMPANY SELLING GARBAGE PRODUCTS. In my opinion any reviews above 2 were likely written by fake customers invented by Norellia Toronto.

If I could give a zero I would. Their ad indicated these were high quality leather that was comparable to Birkenstock and that they were on sale for $64.95 which seemed a reasonable discount but not so low that it was too good to be true.

I finally received them after 3 weeks loosely packed, not in a box but in a bubble wrap bag.

The smell they gave off instantly telling me these were vinyl and plastic, absolutely garbage product AND even though they indicated my size they were two sizes too big and extremely uncomfortable. When I contacted them to return them to get a full refund they said that because of the high discount it was a final sale. This process took 2 weeks to receive an unfavourable response. These shoes would likely have been sold at a Payless for $8.99. TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

I purchased a pair of compression socks 6 weeks ago and still havent received them.

They send the wrong size I asked for 11 and got 9-10.
Tried to exchange for correct size but they just don’t have size 11. They should not have accepted our order since they can’t supply the correct size. They refuse to refund and instead bombard us with publicity for their other products. Definitely not recommend them.

I am beyond frustrated with this company. Ordered the red light therapy and used it for awhile. Waste of time. So 100% refund policy is a joke. They immediate try to get you to take a lower amount and keep the product. I refused and spent $20 returning it. Have talked to them a few times and called multiple times. Last call I was told by Sherry i would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. Now its 14 days later no refund and no one answers or returns message. Stay away.

I purchased the insoles hoping to relieve pain in my foot. After several weeks using them they have not made any difference so I cannot recommend these insoles.

Bin sowas von enttäuscht und schockiert.vor über 1 Jahr hatte ich einen Hüftgurt bei Norelia bestellt.
Ich war damit überhaupt nicht glücklich oder zufrieden. Er hat überhaupt nichts gebracht. In der Zwischenzeit habe ich 2 neue Hüften.
Ich hatte div. Kontakt mit der Lieferfirma weil ich den Gurt zurück senden wollte, mehrmals telefoniert. Ich wollte eine Rücksende-adresse, keine Chance. BIN NICHT WEITERGEKOMMEN.
Irgendwann haben sie mir gesagt ich soll den Artikel behalten, zurücksenden wäre ein Problem und koste zuviel. Sie würden ihn abschreiben, für mich wäre das somit erledigt.
Ich habe den Gurt entsorgt.
Nun, unglaublich, nach 1 Jahr beomme ich von einer Firma in Deutschland eine hohe Mahnung mit Gerichtsandrohung!!!! Kann nicht sein, so geht man nicht mit Kunden um, und dann noch drohen!!!!
Ich werde diese Firma sovielen Menschen wie möglich dazu raten da ja nichts zu bestellen.
Ganz kuriose Firma.
Wenn ich die Rezensionen durchlese passiert das öfters mit vielen Kunden!!!!
Ich werde diese Mahnung meiner Rechtsabteilung weitergeben und sicher nicht bezahlen.

Toimitus aika liian pitkä...tilasin tukisukat kokoa 44-46. Mutta sukat on tyyliin lasten kokoa. Vaimolla jalka kokoa 39 niin,juuri ja juuri sopi hänen jalkaan...Eli tuli 6-0 huijattu olo. Eli ei jatkoon..😡

Toimitusaika liian pitkä.Yli kaksi viikkoa.
Toinen polvituki kuukauden käytön jälkeen alkoi yläreunasta pärköamään.Kuminaunauhat kuoleentui ja ne ei enää pysy ylhäällä.
Nähdäkseni tähän hintaan(40€) hintaan pitäisi kestää pitkään.
Itse miellän nämä polven lämmittimiksi,eikä polvituiksi

Aivan uskomattoman pian vaivat jalasta ja selästä hävisivät ja pystyn taas liikkumaan normaalisti!
Kaksi kuukautta nukuin sohvalla! Nyt pystyn nukkumaan normaalisti sängyssä!

En ollut oikein tyytyväinen,
-Toimitus kesti vähän turhan kauan, 2 viikkoa.
-Tilasin kengänpohjallisia ja osa oli väärän kokoisia.
