Really uninspiring content
Really uninspiring content. If I had paid full price I'd be annoyed. This isn't a comment on effectiveness as its not been long enough yet but in terms of functionality and quality of content it's poor. The pilates may be basic and that's fine but the delivery method is poor - there are no audio cues for when the time starts, no beep when the time ends, no voice of what the move is, no music, the video demo looks like an ai generated person. If you are doing a move you cannot see the screen so it's distracting from the move to look up to see.
You can better content than this for free on youtube. You fill in a long survey for a "tailored" routine and I can't see how it informs what looks like the same boring content for all. Then you get offered 499 special offers before you can check out. And you can't manage your account online. You have to email to cancel. The survey to start looks exactly like one by leaply so further feeds into the fact that it's meaningless drivel designed to make you think you're getting a personalised plan and therefore pay more when it's just poor.
Disingenuous.
