Nordic Nexuz team are experts at what they do. They set up our entire outbound campaign when we were ready to scale and have been partners from day 1. We're seeing some great results and recommend them highly.

The guys in the team are really great to work with. I actually hunted THEM down after I got their emails..They have perfected the system for email marketing by combining our data, AI, and joint strategies. The systems they put in place make it simple to work with and analyze the data, we have weekly strategy calls to review what works, and I really feel like I have a full team of support which is rare to find these days. I must add also that my product is in the financial space, so if we could succeed with my product, its peanuts for other businesses. I would DEFINITELY recommend for anyone looking to boost sales and can confirm email marketing is not only not dead, but 100% effective and a great tool!

Objectively speaking, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with an online service business in over 10 years of work.

They reached out via cold email and delivered a great presentation. Everything after that was a major disappointment.

1. Although the offer initially sounded performance-based only, I expected a catch, so the $1,300 monthly fee itself didn’t surprise me. What did surprise me was learning only after the contract was signed, and only after I explicitly asked, that everything they had heavily promoted as part of their system was actually paid separately.

When I asked what was happening with their “high show-up rate system,” I was told it normally costs $5,000, but “for me,” it would be $2,000.

2. I clearly stated multiple times (on calls and in Slack) that I only wanted to target Shopify Plus brands. Every time, this was dismissed as “we will talk about it another time.” When campaigns finally launched, they targeted low-quality brands that were completely outside my ICP.

3. When I pushed back, I was told better data required additional paid tools, but since they “saw this as a long-term partnership,” they’d handle it. If I hadn’t personally checked the domains, this mistake would have gone unnoticed.

4. I was told: “We handle everything, you just close the client and we get cut.”
In reality, they used AI to auto-reply to interested leads. One of the first replies tried to send a lead to my website using an incorrect URL. Other replies couldn't be more generic (Lead basically says they don't need our service. AI: Please use the link to schedule a call). For follow-up questions, I was told it would be best if I handled them myself, something never mentioned upfront.

5. They insisted my offer had to sound “too good to be true” to work in cold outreach. Despite my objections, I did agree, since I never tried this approach. After two months, this resulted in ONE UNQUALIFIED LEAD.

6. Despite clearly bad performance and my visible dissatisfaction, their only response was to attempt multiple upsells.

The only thing done well was Deliverability, which is a basic technical task if standard rules are followed.

After I requested early termination, none of the company owners, who presented themselves as big industry experts, had the decency to say “Sorry, this didn’t work as planned.”

The only bright spot was Mike, the account manager, who genuinely tried to help, but there’s only so much one person can do in a broken system.

If you value your time and money, this is not a company you should work with.

They clearly have a lot of experience and a great process for getting campaigns running. They are very transparent and actively look for feedback to learn and improve, which is rare and much appreciated.

I received multiple cold emails from Nordic Nexuz over several months. I eventually agreed to a call to see if there was a fit. The day before the scheduled meeting, they canceled with a generic note saying they reviewed my website and determined they were not a fit.

If that conclusion was obvious from my site and offer, it is unclear why they pursued me repeatedly and then waited until the last minute to cancel. The process felt like wasted time and did not reflect careful targeting or respectful follow through.
