Just recieved our new reindeer hide. Absolutely love it, and the quality is excellent. I was unsure what to expect but it's just as the pictures show online. We ordered the item last week and we even had an email from Lucy to keep us updated with the delivery with everything that is going on at the moment which I thought was a nice touch. Excellent customer service and an excellent product would definitely recommend this company.

Purchased a XL Caribou Hide and it is stunningly beautiful! Communication and assistance with our order was outstanding!

Great service, responded promptly to my questions and went out of their way to get me a dark hide at my request. Hide is beautiful,soft and thick. only thing I would say is that it would be useful to have care instructions to keep the hide at its best and from moulting but otherwise fantastic.
