The customer service of the Nordic team is second to NONE, I cannot express properly the lengths they goto to ensure the customer’s expectations are exceeded.
I have been ordering from Nordic for the past 4-5 months and have never had a problem with any products (and I’ve tried most if not all of them) or delivery times (give or take a major conflict in the world).
If you have tried other companies forget about them and use Nordic, you won’t be disappointed.

Best service for Australian buyers
As an Australian Customer I've been through 10 different companies selling Zyns, this is the only one that actually backs it up with proper customer service and advice.
Special shout out to nordicfullfillment and especially Joel for helping out!

Nordic fulfilment- to be trusted.
I am one of those people who don't trust china or fake tobacco products so went direct to source as an Australian. After having my order destroyed by border security, I reached out to Nordic Fulfilment.
With no expectation of a solution, they went above and beyond, particularly one employee named Joel, who turned the experience around and sorted everything out for me so I can import for personal use.
One of the best customer service experiences I have had across any site ever. Thanks team.
Not only a product made with integrity, but also very personable and the only site I would deal with ongoing.
Highly recommend.

10/10 Experience. U.S and International buyers Listen up.
Listen, if you’re located in the states like me, and you’re weary about ordering from an international brand like Nordic Fulfillment let me reassure you now, you will not regret utilizing them to fulfill your nicotine pouch needs. Not only do they have a wide variety of products to satisfy most any craving, but their delivery timing is prompt, accurate, and their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Just from the first email my rep - Joel, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond assisting me with deciding what to purchase as a first time buyer with NF. I ordered the Banana flavor by Vont, and the Cola Ice flavor by 77. Both were exceptional. The taste was as advertised, long lasting and felt clean unlike some brands you find here in the states. I would highly recommend them and will be a returning customer. Thanks again, Joel.

Not recommended
Terrible. Didn't recieve half my order. Emailed them several times they say they will check with the warehouse about the packing error. I should have had this nearly a month ago. Using gum now for smoking cessation which gives me a pain in the guts. Would not recommend. All good if your order is correct and shipped if there is any problems, awful.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. 😔 Missing half of an order and having to wait this long for a resolution is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide.
We completely understand your frustration, especially after contacting us several times. We’re sorry that we haven’t resolved the issue for you sooner.
We’d really like the opportunity to make this right and get the missing items sorted as quickly as possible. Please reach out to us at contact@nordicfulfillment.com with your order number so we can look into this personally and make sure it gets resolved.
Again, we’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. 🙏
