I love the fresh salmon from Nordic Catch - I have been ordering this for the past 6 months. I eat it regularly as sashimi or use it for poke. The texture is great. Worth the extra over premium salmon you can get at the grocery. The lox is also great, especially on a bagel with cream cheese.

The salmon was amazing. I used in a salmon grilled chesse i was shocked the flavor was so intense. Bold. Deep. Highly recommended.

The A5 wagyu filet was like butter. Cooked in cast iron pan. Cook medium rare. My normal is medium. Was perfect. Melt in your mouth. Hands down the best steak i ever made. Just salt & pepper thats it. Definitely will be ordering again.

First I have ordered item before and it was amazing to build your own poke or sushi - fun plus savings. Second, as soon as i came to pick it up, it was ready.

I was disappointed to find Canola Oil on the list of ingredients for the citrus marinated salmon. The vendor told me it was marinated in butter and herbs. I avoid all seed oils especially canola oil. I did not appreciate being misinformed by the vendor.

I have enjoyed the box of seafood from Nordic Catch. Love the minimalist packaging. This makes it easy to store in my fridge. And the taste and texture is great. I was worried when it arrived just well chilled, but I just refrigerated what I was about to use and froze the rest. It makes me feel like I have a vault stocked with a month or more of food. Secure feeling! And not having to rely on supermarkets in the Midwest is fantastic!

The salmon is really fresh, smooth and tasty. I made salmon poke with it. It’s the best sushi-grade fish I’ve ever had.

The salmon is off the charts. All the fish is fresh and delicious and it’s the best smoked salmon.

The best fish! Hands down, always fresh always tasty, yes it’s a bit more expensive but you can taste the difference.
