I got an allergic reaction to their products, so cancelled and asked for my money back.
They didn't refund me, but kept sending more products. Now, they have charged me TWICE, after cancelling.
Kinesisk snydevirksomhed. Faldt over en creme på Instagram, hvor en dansk kvinde viste, hvordan produktet virker. Jeg googlede produktet og troede, jeg fandt det til salg også hos Matas og Magasin, men jeg kunne købe det online med 20% rabat. Straks jeg opdagede, at det var et kinesisk produkt, forsøgte jeg at annullere, men uden held.

Beställde en lampa före jul och det är den 8/1 idag. Har försökt spåra paketet men det står att den är i Rosersberg? Lång bit kvar till Södertälje, få se om den kommer fram 🤬😤🤯

Die Lampe ist defekt angekommen, das Glas bzw der Kunststoff zerbrochen! Ich habe sofort eine Mail mit Bilder geschrieben und es kommt einfach keine Antwort! Außerdem kostet die Lampe über Instagram doppelt soviel und sie sieht echt billig aus.
Precis som för många andra så gick jag på den här niten... Gick på reklamen som visades på Instagram om deras påstådda samarbete med TV4.... Såg dessvärre efter jag lagt min beställning att det är en helt annan produkt de använder sig av i TV4. Gick in och kollade omdömen på Trustpilot m.fl vilket naturligtvis var en ren katastrof.
Så efter 10 minuter efter min beställning så ångrade jag mitt köp och mailade dem direkt 2 ggr samt även bifogade mailen till SVEA bank.
Deras samarbete gjorde ju att jag inte granskade och var på min vakt redan från början då man dessvärre antar att det är ett reko företag när SVEA bank står med som betalningsalternativ.
Naturligtvis svarat ju som väntat inte NordicGlow på några mail och ingen telefonkontakt finns.
Hoppas fler kontaktar SVEA så att de kanske tar sitt ansvar och avbryter det här samarbetet med ett rent BLUFF FÖRETAG!!
Ångrade mitt köp dagen efter och tog kontakt. Skickade mitt ordernummer men inget svar. Fick krämen idag 🤬Så arg på företag som inte svara tillbaka eller kan ta att man kan ångra sig. Blufföretag är vad det är . Så arg !!!!
I ordered a product on this website as it was a bit cheaper than elsewhere. It took 2 weeks to get it, but that was a minor issue. Once I received the tracking number, I noticed it said "DDU shipment", so I wrote them to ask if import duties would need to be paid on arrival. No one replied, and when I finally got the package I had to pay 22 € of import duties, which on a value of about 65 € is just ridiculous! You should be more fair with your customer and inform them in advance import duties ar excluded and they account for 1/3 of the total invoiced value. I'll certainly shop elsewhere next time! NEWS: However, when I complained, they admitted the policy was not very clear on their website and offered to refund the costum duties, which was much appreciated!

In spite of very bad experience about my order, probably due to shippers or customs officers, Nordic Glow team has compensated the damaged goods and has kindly made himself available for a better future experience. Their products are of remarkable quality, therefore we'll get another opportunities

After using the Westfjords shampoo and conditioner for about a month, I knew I needed to order more! My hair is finally growing! The website is so easy to use and shipping (even to Colorado) is quick. My bottles arrive in one piece with no leakage - crazy, since orders from the US arrive leaking and bottles broken. Love ordering from Nordic Glow!

I wanted to buy DottirSkin sunscreen and was referred to Nordic Glow as online retailer for the European market (I was ordering from Denmark).
However as they are shipping from the UK, I had to pay extra taxes and handling fees in the end. This doubled the price I had to pay for the product.
If you are ordering from the UK this might be a good company but you need to be aware of potential fees when buying from countries outside of the UK.
The product itself seems great which makes it even more disappointing that it is so expensive to get products from their website.
