We strongly dispute this review.
Your case has been inconsistent from the beginning. Initially, you claimed that the parcel had not been delivered, despite tracking clearly showing it was delivered by the courier. Later, you changed your statement multiple times, which does not align with the verified delivery information.
Tracking details were provided to you, and the shipment was completed within the stated timeframe. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it is no longer within our control.
We also note that instead of cooperating with the courier to resolve the issue locally, you chose to make repeated and conflicting claims.
For clarity, we have full documentation including tracking confirmation and delivery status, which we will provide to Trustpilot if necessary.
We take false accusations of “fraud” very seriously.
If you would still like assistance, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as they are best placed to investigate delivery matters.
