No Ordinary Moments Anmeldelser

I received my order and unfortunately the pouch had split and half the contents had spilt out. I emailed straightaway and despite it being the weekend I got a reply very quickly. The response was fabulous - not only giving a heartfelt apology but telling me another pouch would be sent immediately. Sure enough, I received another pouch which was undamaged. Not only is the product brilliant (moksha) but so is the customer service. Thank you No Ordinary Moments. First class.

Am enjoying Hypnos, and will probably try other products too. Admittedly, much more expensive than I would normally pay for, but the quality is high and you can tell this company really care about their produce. Excellent customer service and communication.

Quality products - love Hypnos and Moksha. Moksha has helped me feel calmer and Hypnos has help improved my sleep and staying asleep. Lovely family business with exceptional customer service.

Love these products, they’ve helped me loads, and the customer service is great!

tastes DELICIOUS! Highly recommend. There was a delay with my order, however, Chris rectified it as soon as I notified. I received a discount code too! Excellent customer service support. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’m seriously loving Moksha from this brand. It has a smooth, earthy flavor—kind of like a mix between tea and coffee. No added sweeteners, just clean, quality ingredients.
It actually helped me kick my caffeine habit, which I’d struggled with for years thanks to my coffee habit. No caffeine-withdrawal headaches. Nothing feels better than developing a new habit that you know is replacing a not-so-great one. So glad I found Moksha. Also can’t wait to try their other products!

Customer service is exceptional, had an issue with my address and Chris was extremely responsive and sorted it straight away. I ordered the Moksha decaf coffee alternative and swear I have already seen a real difference in my focus and general wellbeing. Love how transparent the ingredients are and it tastes good. A great company, will be ordering again!

Apart from the human touch in the packaging and presentation (My teenage son saw it and said, "Who sent the care pack - that's so kind." I replied, 'kindness of strangers,' but it still felt like it came from the heart.)
I had a small hiccup with one of my purchases, and the customer service was exceptional. I was heard, listened to, and contacted by an actual human.
The query was resolved then and there, and a genuine connection happened.
The products are amazing, and there is soul in the company.
If you are interested in supporting a small company that already knows mushrooms are the way to save the planet, I suggest you use this one. Even if you don't - still use this one.

A lovely product, I look forward to my night time sleep draught! Great product, great customer service. Thank you.

love this drink ! It tastes lovely and creamy and chocolatey without being too sweet It helps me unwind after a long shift at work when my brain is still going and I need sleep if I’m Doing back to back shifts It’s super easy to make and tastes lovely with coconut milk and the free frother is a game changer too I also have the Javasu in a morning and a Maksha on the afternoon which so far has kept me feeling alert and on the ball at work Only downside if you can call it a downside is I don’t want to nap in the afternoon anymore ! I love these drinks Thankyou !

I have just reordered my turkey tail picture which I use in my coffee every morning, its properties are incredible and support my immune system! The pipette makes me feel like an apothecarian. I love this brand and their other products too. Tha k you for having created such clean and beautiful products.

The team were quick and efficient at amending an incorrect address which was entirely my fault and delivery thereafter was very quick.

Absolutely love the hot chocolate, it has become an evening ritual to unwind and relax. In a world full of UPF’s, I can enjoy this one guilt free with a square of dark chocolate each night.

Looking forward to trying some more of the products soon!

I quite like the taste now but not sure how effective it is for getting me to sleep . It is not always possible to take it early enough .

Great email support from them, tasty product. It didn’t help my sleep problems but I did feel more relaxed

It is absolute pleasure and a must to have. I love everything about Javasu.
No jitters , sustained energy, stable and calm mood , good sleep even with afternoon (if needed) cuppa.
Love Zencha too such a diva to enjoy with friends and family
It can be enjoyed in all sort of ways with fav milk frothed or plain
Thank you so much NO ORDINARY MOMENTS for your beautiful work and devotion and clean quality products

Arrived safely packaged. Tastes great

Great products and fantastic customer service. I will continue to use as the drinks work for me.

I would give more stars if possible. Not only are the products utterly delicious, but I feel noticably healthier and more vibrant since my order arrived last month. The turkey tail tincture has completely healed my friend's ten year old psoriasis and another friend's sebacious dermititis which has been the bain of his life for the last two years and nothing else has touched it. The Hypnos night time frothy cacao latte gives me wonderful dreamy sleeps not experienced until now and the Zencha mushroom latte is a welcome exchange for my usual mocha, creamy and scrumptious.
I also really appreciate the support from the team and their very personal attention - what a great company, I have shared widely and been thanked for it!
Thank you NoOrdinaryMoments keep up the good works, great to see - oh and the artwork on the packs are stupendous - I leave the packs out for great admiration!
I'll be ordering again soon :-)

I love my matcha latte and I have completely given up my daily coffee! I feel so much better for doing so and my concentration and every levels have improved since having my morning matcha fuel! I love the creamy taste and I even took my bag of matcha fuel on my recent trip to Italy and gave a scoop to the barrister and asked him to add frothy oat milk to my matcha, which I then sipped at a beach cafe on the Amalfi coast! The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is that it is expensive .
