I can’t recommend no milk like mamma’s highly enough. We had a a myriad of breastfeeding problems with our first born, including sore nipples, infections and mastitis. If it wasn’t for Luisa and her constant expert help and guidance we would have given up on breastfeeding a long while ago - she really made all the difference. We’ve now made it to ten weeks and finally (thanks to Luisa’s early interventions) we’ve finally achieved pain free feeding. Flo was understanding and compassionate throughout our consultations. She did a thorough assessment of our son's tongue function and explained everything to me clearly. I felt listened to and like she had plenty of time for us, something similar appointments within the NHS were unfortunately lacking. She gave us exercises to try initially before undertaking any procedures and checked in on us on the following days to see what progress was being made. We booked a frenulotomy for the following week. Again during this appointment, she made sure I was happy to proceed and explained the procedure clearly. She was reassuring throughout and her advice on each visit left me feeling confident and empowered to try different techniques to support my son and family. I couldn't recommend her more!

Flo was like a breath of fresh air. She instantly made me feel at ease and like i had a voice that she wanted to take the time to listen to whilst promoting that i knew my baby best! She provided empathetic and professional advice. I wish I had seen her sooner. By the time the apt was finished I felt empowered and like a weight had been lifted.

Today we visited Earlham House Clinic in Norwich for a consultation regarding our new born daughters tongue tie. My wife has found breastfeeding our daughter extremely painful and we had our suspicions of a tongue tie, as our son also suffered from this when new born.

When arriving we had an extremely warm welcome from Flo, who after carrying out an assessment, confirmed that our little one did indeed have a tongue tie that was restricting her full potential to breastfeed. Flo then went through the process of how the procedure was going to happen and the reasons behind it. As you can imagine, to begin with we were both feeling quite anxious about the whole thing but Flo made us feel completely at ease whilst also being very informative and professional. It is clear to see how passionate she is about what she does and the mass of experience she has gained throughout the years was so re-assuring.

The actual procedure was done in a matter of seconds and within 10 minutes of my wife breast feeding our little one, she said she could immediately feel a difference and the whole experience was more comfortable. Flo then proceeded to give my wife a couple of extra tips on how to breastfeed and correctly latch which also made a big difference. The follow up care and healing information we received was really detailed, including exercises we need to carry out at home to help the mobility of our daughters tongue and the general healing process. Flo answered all our questions and queries we had regarding follow up care and provided us with a handy leaflet to take home.

The clinic is a clean and well equipped facility and Flo made us feel so at ease and reassured throughout the whole process with her friendly and professional manor. She obviously loves what she does and we can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much Flo for helping our little Theadora!

My little one saw Luisa for toungtie. She was offered an appointment sooner than I would like which was fantastic (and won't get that from the NHS!). I had some questions prior to our appointment and she came back with professional advise very quickly, which was very reassuring for me as a first time parent. We felt very well taken care of during our consultation and I could feel genuine care from Luisa. I then had a consultation with her regarding breastfeeding and she was able to offer non-judgemental advise which suits my personal circumstances. I am very glad to have found Luisa - she's god sent in my early days of motherhood!

I messaged Flo Crawley to see if she could help with my son’s tongue tie because there was a long wait on the NHS. Flo responded very quickly and came out to us the next day to perform a tongue die division. She spent a long time explaining the procedure and associated risks, etc. she was very professional but also very friendly. The procedure was over in seconds. It was much nicer having it done at home. I would definitely recommend her and this service to anyone contemplating it. Also breastfeeding was much more comfortable immediately afterwards.

We booked an appointment with Flo after it was suggested to us that our daughter might have a tongue tie. I was only 3 days postpartum when we visited Flo for the assessment and things were feeling hard after 3 days of unsuccessful breastfeeding. Flo was so kind, so support and so empathic. I immediately felt put at ease and although it was a struggle to get out of the house for the appointment, I knew I had made the right decision as soon as Flo introduced herself to us. After a short and easy assessment, Flo diagnosed my daughter's tongue tie and was brilliant in explaining everything to us. It really felt as though she had all the time in the world to talk through what it meant, how it was impacting her feeding and what our options were. We decided to have her tie snipped there and then, which was a lot for a 3 day postpartum, sleep deprived new mum and dad to process, but I cannot express how amazing Flo was at going through everything. She was so professional but so warm and kind and relaxed at the same time, she really put us at ease. The procedure was easy and quick and we immediately saw a massive improvement in our daughter's feeding. We left the appointment feeling so relieved, pleased, heard and supported. It was easily the best investment we made in our daughter and our breastfeeding journey and we are so thankful to Flo and her kindness in the appointment. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone in our position!

Luisa was a life saver for us! We came in with our son who had a suspected tongue tie and as we'd had a bad experience before with our first, we were nervous about the process.

She made us feel incredibly at ease whilst remaining professional. She gave us a wealth of information without it feeling overwhelming and was quick in her assessment. The procedure was performed extremely efficiently and I was able to breastfeed effectively after that. Any follow-up concerns that I had after the appointment were answered.

Luisa recently visited me at my home for a feeding consultation for my 6month old who’s latch had changed and was causing me trauma which was not healing. Immediately Luisa’s positive, kind and caring nature put my mind at ease. She checked the trauma, a full check on my little boy’s mouth and very patiently observed a feed (no mean feat for a nosey/busy 6mo!) she gave me loads of positive and encouraging advice reassuring me I did actually know what I was doing!
She is so knowledgeable, pointing me in the direction of all the necessary resources and information. I felt really listened to and supported. In fact I think she got more than she bargained for listening to a tired mummy of three whinge on!

When I started having concerns about breastfeeding, my sister all but booked the appointment with Luisa for me, having had such a good experience 6ish years ago.

The initial appointment was informative, friendly and so reassuring. I really felt listened to, that Luisa genuinely wanted to help and that she had the knowledge and experience to answer questions and calm all concerns.

We discussed the issues and came up with a plan and a date to follow up. Even though it was just a few days before Christmas, I still felt supported and that I could reasonably contact her if there were any problems.
We followed up a month later and we had such a good discussion and I came away with so much more confidence.

I'm now 8 months into (pretty much) exclusively breastfeeding which is beyond anything I'd hoped for and I'm so grateful for Luisa's friendly, expert support in being able to achieve it.

So grateful for the amazing support from Luisa, I booked in a lactation appointment as I was really struggling to get my baby to latch properly and Luisa came the next day to help me! Luisa helped me at a time when I felt abandoned by the NHS. My little boy had a brain injury at birth and has a nasogastric feeding tube. She has helped us so much in our breastfeeding journey and whilst he still has his tube he is also happily nursing. She helped me to feel confident in his ability to feed and has also been there over WhatsApp to support me through the hurdles we have faced over the last 3 months. Luisa is such a lovely lady and has supported us with such care, clearly wanting the best for us. She really has gone above and beyond.

I emailed Luisa on a Sunday due to frustrations with pain when feeding, after being recommended by my midwife. Luisa replied to my email within 2 hours and I had an appt for the next day - you can imagine the relief that I felt like I had a plan! Luisa came over and could not have made me feel more at ease. She gave me some great little tips that have helped a lot and didn’t push anything/any idea onto me - simply gave me the facts based on research and offered her opinion when it was right too. I also love how much she seemed to adore my little one, which when you are 7 days post partum meant a lot. Although I am still not there on my breastfeeding journey, Luisa really helped me take a step in the right direction and is continuing to offer me support via WhatsApp whenever I have a question or need some advice which as a new mum I feel like the reassurance and having a plan helps me to continue persevering.

Luisa was fantastic. Incredibly supportive and kind. She made me feel valued, heard and most importantly, made me feel better about the job I was doing as a mum. She is so empathetic, knowledgeable and empowering- I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Luisa completed a comprehensive assessment of my baby's feeding and of his mouth. She took into account my previous experience of tongue tie with my first baby (who she also treated) and how I felt my baby was feeding now. She performed the division and gave clear aftercare advice alongside support over text and WhatsApp. I have recommended Luisa multiple times to friends now for expert breastfeeding and tongue tie advice via the no milk like mamas site and will continue to do so.
