Ever since we embarked on the Nomads journey in 1989, we have been pioneers of the trade not aid ethos. We feel proud to have nurtured valuable, long-term business partnerships in India and have carefully developed a supply chain of like-minded people who share our ethos of trading responsibly. We ask all of our suppliers to sign our Code of Conduct and expect complete transparency throughout the production process. All except the very smallest of our producers have a SEDEX certification, which means they go beyond the levels of ethical conduct required by law. Some of them are also GOTS certified. We personally know where our products are made and have a good relationship with each factory.

Lasting love for Nomads clothes! …
I have loved Nomads clothes for a long time - used to like their shop in Launceston and have also managed to get their clothes from shops in Matlock Bath and Ashbourne - they last well and always look contemporary. Very recent online purchases continue to link up well with things I bought from them years ago. Always well designed, a good fit, lovely breathable fabrics and good pockets in the right places. Friendly, helpful customer service (I forgot to ask for expedited delivery but was sent my parcels incredibly quickly in lovely, plastic free, reusable packaging. I love these clothes! Thank you!

Great ethical company
I love this company and buy most of my clothes from them. Reasonably priced, fairtrade and colourful! I also appreciate the fact that their external packaging is plastic-free.

Well made clothes at a fair price
My husband bought me a dress for Christmas from Nomads a few years ago and I was delighted with it. I love the ethos of the company; their products and fabrics are lovely, perfect for my taste, and a fair price. I have since bought many items from them and will continue to do so. Their customer service is also second to none.

Recently bought a raincoat in the sales and a non sale scarf. Very fast delivery and both are high quality, lovely items - perfect! So impressed with Nomads and will be buying from there again.

Amazing customer service
It is so rare to find a company with such excellent service - they really care about their customers. I have received what feels like personal responses to any queries I’ve had and a genuine desire to help - amazing. This, combined with the great quality of their clothes, makes them stand out from other companies.

Long Time Customer
I've been buying from Nomads for years now, off and on. They have always dealt really well with orders and process returns quickly. The one time I had an issue with a faulty item they dealt with it efficiently and courteously.
