I wouldn’t recommend Nomad. The biggest issue is how hard it is to get real support—responses take a long time, and everything is handled through email with no easy way to speak to an actual person. Calling just leads to AI, which makes resolving issues frustrating and time-consuming. The platform feels disorganized, and the lack of reliable, human support is a major downside. If customer service and efficiency matter to you, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

I am a new client of Nomad. Michelle was able to answer my questions and provide some additional information that help me understand the language in the lease agreement with my tenant and how my funds will be distributed to my account. She also did some research and sent me a follow up email with the answers to the Nomad Platform process. I was very pleased with my experience with Michelle.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the management services provided by your company in Detroit. Despite my persistent attempts over the past two weeks to establish contact through various channels, including emails, support tickets, and voicemails, I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication has led to significant issues with my tenants, who are attempting to discuss rent payments with Nomad and are incurring substantial late fees, exceeding $600, due to a daily charge of $24. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and would strongly advise against utilizing your services as a management company. The experience has been entirely unsatisfactory.

Nomad offers much better rates than traditional roaming. In the US, speeds averaged around 75 Mbps on AT&T's network fast enough for streaming and video calls

My partner and I are renting out our 2br/2ba condo for the first time and Nomad was absolutely instrumental in helping us find a tenant. From listing to showings, Nomad assisted every step of the way. Their portal was easy and intuitive to use and someone was available and response anytime we had additional questions. Matthew got us set up and once we published our listing Kalene stepped in to guide us through the agent-led tour and leasing process. Our tenant moves in soon so we haven't gotten to experience the on-going management process but so far we're encouraged and optimistic based on what we've experienced so far!
