Delivery with fedex
On your website you say delivery is with dhl, in fact it was fedex which went so bad. The bike was delivered one day earlier than announced and no information about when. They only delivered to the ground floorsnd not to my flat. If I would knew that before I would have not have ordered. Wirh thw bike so far all seems fine

La cura nei dettagli è pazzesca. La pedalata è fluida, l'assistenza non impedisce di usarla come normale bicicletta. È leggerissima. Io e mia moglie abbiamo ordinato Noko Light per fare dei giri lunghi e goderci la distanza senza la fatica del ritorno.
L'esperienza supera l'aspettativa. Questa bicicletta è davvero perfetta per le nostre esigenze, la ricomprerei assolutamente. È un piccolo gioiello di ingegneria Made in Italy. I tempi d'attesa dopo l'ordine sono lunghi perché le producono una a una ma vale la pena aspettare per riceverla.
Dal mio punto di vista, non ha pecche. Forse se fosse giusto un po' più ammortizzata sarebbe migliore, ma anche così è perfetta.

Kundeservice siger det er min skyld og mener ikke jeg har smurt kæden og vasket cyklen, hvilket er en direkte løgn! De mener ikke skaden (to knækkede tandhjul) er dækket af garantien. Jeg ville aldrig købe noget eller anbefale folk at handle hos dette firma efter denne oplevelse

We would like to clarify that the damage identified, specifically the breakage of the teeth on the smallest sprocket, cannot be attributed to a material defect or a manufacturing fault.
Based on our assessment, the nature of the damage indicates that it was caused by abnormal external mechanical stress. In many cases, this type of issue can occur when the chain comes off and becomes lodged between the smallest sprocket and the frame. If pressure is then applied to the pedals, this can generate a torsional force strong enough to break the sprocket teeth.
Such situations are typically linked to insufficient maintenance or an improper adjustment of the derailleur limit screws. As a result, this type of damage is generally associated with use and maintenance conditions rather than a product defect, and therefore cannot be covered under warranty.
That said, we remain at your disposal to provide guidance and support on how to prevent similar issues in the future and to help you find the best possible solution.

Ho acquistato una Nokoblaze poco tempo fa e devo dire che dopo averla provata sono più che soddisfatto. Uso la bici per andare a lavoro e per qualche escursione su sterrato il fine settimana. Va che è una meraviglia e anche mio figlio dopo averla provata adesso ne vuole una. Una delle cose che ci piace di più è la durata della batteria, riesco a fare 80 km con una singola carica anche qualche dislivello. Ottimo acquisto e ottimo prodotto, complimenti a NOKO e ai ragazzi sempre gentili e disponibili!

We bought a Nokoblaze. Delivery was very fast. The bike is beautifully finished. It's very comfortable to ride, and the motor is powerful. All the materials feel solid. The people at Nokobike provide excellent service and are very approachable! Definitely recommended for the price !

great bike, great service, only one point there is no lock on the bike and the standard locks wont fit because the frame has nog round frame.

Order and receiving proces without any problems at all. Assembly without any problems and short test ride was fine. Due to weather conditions here in Denmark a more thorough test will have to wait until spring. But all is looking good!
