Excellent customer service in every way. The installer was super professional, on time, and cleaned up well. The product is amazing. Highly recommend this company.

We believe no car should be stolen. With that belief in mind, we sell and install an anti-theft device with an unparalleled track record. The Ravelco Anti-Theft Device has been around since 1976, sold over 5,000,000 units without ever having a vehicle stolen by defeating the device. We can protect your vehicles. About the Ravelco Anti-Theft Device This small device is installed in the dash. Remove the plug and the vehicle will not start. The Ravelco offers an unbeatable combination of sturdy construction, secure technology, and ease of use. Designed to work AGAINST the way thieves steal vehicles Thieves go straight to the car’s weak point to steal it: the wires under the dash. Every wire they need to start the car is there. This is also where EVERY alarm and other theft prevention device is wired. Inside the passenger compartment, thieves are hidden from view. The Ravelco is different from other car security devices. Underneath the dash, the Ravelco wires are protected with steel, so thieves can’t get access to them. Even if they did, all the wires are the same color, and there is no pattern to follow. Thieves are forced OUTSIDE the car to work in the open. Inside the engine compartment, all the wires are hidden inside the factory wiring, disguised to look like factory wiring, or put out of view behind engine components. Thieves don’t want to stand outside the car with the hood open, unraveling your car’s electrical system and removing engine components, where anyone can easily see them. Thieves want to get in your car and be gone within 5 minutes. With a Ravelco Anti-Theft Device installed, they can’t.

Great installation process
The installer was on time, polite, and did a great job. The device works as it is supposed to. I do wish it was a little smaller but I’ll take it for the peace of mind

Installation was done in roughly an hour or so and it works as described.
Only dislike is if you inadvertently push start without your key installed and throwing engine codes.
May want to also sell a OBII reader for folks to reset errors. That is what I’ve done three times now.

I think the product is an excellent value for the price. The peace of mind that it gives me is priceless. I only wish that the parts came in a black color so that it would blend in with my very expensive black leather interior. It could blend in much better if it were black. Also, because it's so low under my dashboard, it's difficult to see at night. It would be a nice option to add a a light ring to the exterior of the outlet. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the service that I have received. Thank you.

I have an '05 F-150-easy pickings for thieves. I did a lot of research and came across California and Arizona Ravelco and decided to go with them and have their system installed.
The installer, Adam, came right on time and did an excellent job. I feel a sense of relief, knowing that my car is seriously protected now.

Added travel fee.
I requested a quote from this company for the install on my vehicle. I even gave them the city that I was in. They quoted the advertised price and said that they would come to me for the install. Then in a subsequent email, they decided to add $100 to the install for a trip fee. Here is what it says on their website.
The installation is included in the price of the Ravelco for the following major metropolitan areas.
Mobile Installation Coverage Area
Greater San Francisco Bay Area
Greater Los Angeles/Orange/Inland Empire Area
San Diego Metro Area
Sacramento Metro Area
Stockton to Fresno Area
Phoenix, Tucson, Arizona
Specifically says that installation is included in the price and that the Phoenix/Tucson area is included. It does not say Phoenix or Tucson. I am in Casa Grande which is right in the middle of that area.

Mark, you were told several times that there was no fee, but for some reason, you decided to stick with the idea there was.
*We were very clear that there was no fee.* We told you that BEFORE you were scheduled and anyone showed up. The price was the advertised price and only sales tax was on top of that.
You are not being truthful.
Below was the "Initial" email where the fee was brought up, and we showed you the different ways the fee could be avoided. You even asked about a different location. In the end, we were coming to Tucson already, SO THERE WAS NO FEE, as was one of the options clearly given to you below:

Hi Mark ,
Sam here with California and Arizona Ravelco,
I also wanted to let you know that Casa Grande is a little bit out of our service area.
If your willing to drive in a little bit closer to us we can avoid a trip fee.
Usually, the trip fee is $100. If we come to you to do 1 vehicle only.
We can arrange a location where you can meet us to avoid that fee.
If we have other installations in your area we don't charge the fee.
Please give me a call if you have any questions.
I'm happy to help you.
Thanks again.

Good morning guys.
Just curious what install price would be in a Ford F350 in the Casa Grande AZ area. I see that the unit would cost $800 but wondered what it costs to have it installed. Thanks.
