No sé qué tal sean sus apartamentos, pero su servicio de atención al cliente más que nefasto diría que es inexistente. Es absolutamente imposible contactarse con ellos. Mande un email hace mínimo 6 meses preguntando por dudas del edificio que van a abrir en Carabanchel. Jamás me contestaron.
Ahora que parece que han empezado con la promoción oficial he vuelto a mandar otro email con dudas a ver si esta vez tengo más suerte. Hace más de una semana que lo mande y ni un triste email de confirmación de que han recibido el mío me ha llegado
¿Realmente pretenden atraer clientes así? Si pasan de uno antes de mudarse no me quiero imaginar una vez que estas instalado y te tienen atrapado por el contrato de alquiler. Buscaré otras alternativas, pero definitivamente no me mudaré con ellos

I’ve only been in Node Brixton for a couple of weeks, but I’m really enjoying the community here - many social events (organised by both Node and the residents), friendly neighbours, and easy parcel collection. Special shoutout to our community curator, Harpreet, for creating such a wholesome and welcoming environment to live and work in. As a single woman living here, I feel safe and I know there are several points of contact if there’s any emergencies. Would recommend this place for young professionals / students / couples for sure!

Node in Los Angeles has a very responsive management team. They treat their tenants unlike any other complex I’ve lived at. Definitely great living and a great community!

I have stayed with Node across multiple locations and found the spaces themselves to be excellent only overshadowed by the commitment of the hardworking Node team and staff. Special shoutout to Harpreet in London and Eli and Dani in Barcelona for going out of their way to make things run smoothly for us. We made friends everywhere we went.

Node in Echo Park is really impressive! The design of their spaces is super stylish and modern, but also really comfortable and practical. It feels like they’ve put a lot of thought into making everything work well for the people living there, the attention to the small details is incredible.

The management team is super friendly and always quick to help with any issues or questions. They truly care about making sure things get handled smoothly, whether it’s a repair or something small.

From what I’ve seen and heard, Node also offers places in Europe and New York. I would like to visit Node buildings in other cities and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, thoughtfully designed home in LA.

My experience at Node Alcobendas was completely negative. From the start, they do not deliver what was promised in the contract, which leads to immense frustration and distrust. While the reception staff is friendly, the administration team in the office on the ground floor is the exact opposite: they are unhelpful and difficult to deal with, making the overall experience even worse.

The facilities, though they appear modern, are poorly maintained and not clean. Some of the equipment doesn't work properly, and the overall atmosphere is far from welcoming. For the price you pay, you expect something much better. The lack of flexibility in their policies only adds to the already negative experience.

I wouldn’t recommend Node Alcobendas to anyone looking for a place that delivers on its promises. There are much better options in the area that offer a more reliable and fulfilling experience.

Node se destaca por su excelencia en el trato con los residentes, creando un ambiente cálido y acogedor que realmente hace la diferencia. Estuve alojado durante una semana y no solo disfruté del servicio excepcional, sino que también me impresionaron las instalaciones. La piscina, el espacio de coworking y el gimnasio son, sin duda, los espacios más bonitos y útiles para mí. Cada rincón está diseñado con atención al detalle y ofrece una experiencia muy agradable. La piscina es perfecta para relajarse después de un día ajetreado, el coworking es ideal para concentrarse y ser productivo, y el gimnasio cuenta con equipos de calidad. Sin duda, mi estancia ha sido maravillosa y estoy deseando volver. ¡Recomiendo Node a todos!

I haven’t lived here before but really want to, however no one will respond to my inquiries. I’ve filled out the online form a couple of times over the last month and have emailed the customer service address with no reply. Has anyone else had trouble getting in contact with Node to apply for a room?

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con NODE ha sido muy decepcionante. El servicio que prometen no está a la altura de lo esperado, especialmente en cuanto a profesionalidad se refiere. El equipo parece desorganizado y poco comprometido con las necesidades del cliente. En varias ocasiones, me encontré con respuestas tardías y soluciones poco claras, lo que evidenció una falta de interés real por resolver los problemas. No recomendaría sus servicios a quienes busquen una experiencia profesional y eficiente.

En Trustpilote contestais al imediato, pero yo tengo 8 correos en donde no me contestais y numeros de movil que no utilizais.

La experiencia con Node es increíble, un staff super cuidadoso, atento, con un detalle de servicio al cliente y una familiaridad con los inquilinos únicos, dure solo 11 meses y por razones personales tendré que abandonar el piso que tenia con ellos y siento que dejo una parte de mí, porque me sentí super supero cómoda con ellos, el staff, mantenimiento y limpieza muchas gracias por su servicio y siempre estar a la orden! Son súper resolutivos a la hora de que pueda existir algún problema, solo me queda extender mi agradecimiento y espero volver a alquilar con ustedes!

I stayed in Node Barcelona (Monumental) and I had a really LOVELY experience in Node.
Everything was perfect, the staff was welcoming and caring about every need I had. Wifi was working great, the coliving was downstairs, the position was in the city center and the services were great. I really really loved that experience and I wish to come back next year.

He agendado una llamada con ellos para resolver mis dudas con respecto a sus alojamientos en Madrid. He esperado la llamada e incluso he enviado un email de seguimiento 10 minutos después y nadie ha sido capaz de responder. Vender un producto como innovador y profesional pero que no sean capaces de gestionar su agenda, deja mucho que desear... Puedo entender que adversidades pueden surgir en el día a día pero al menos hacer saber al cliente que tiene tanta intención en reservar con ustedes, que algo ha ocurrido y tratar de posponer la llamada, habría sido el mínimo para reflejar una buena atención al cliente...

Contacté con ellos mediante su formulario para pedir información sobre sus apartamentos de Madrid.

Como no obtuve ninguna respuesta ni email (ni siquiera automático con información genérica), decidí agendar una reunión telefónica con ellos a través de su Calendly (en un hueco habilitado por ellos mismos).

Como resultado, estuve esperando a que me llamasen, y no me llamaron. Me puse en contacto con ellos mediante su WhatsApp, y me dijeron "Si puedes, te podemos llamar mañana a lo largo del día".

¿Adivinan lo que sucedió al siguiente día? ¡Exacto! No me llamaron tampoco. Les escribí de nuevo a su WhatsApp, y habiendo pasado 5 días, no me han respondido nada.

Me han hecho perder mi tiempo, sigo esperando respuesta. Mientras tanto, BeCasa (el mismo concepto) me ha respondido lo más rápido posible y me han respondido a todas mis dudas y mensajes bastante rápido.

I have stayed at a few NODE properties and as a travelling producer they are alway perfectly situated, clean, cozy and the staff is friendly and accommodating.
The area in Brixton is vibrant and diverse with lots of cuisine options. Plus it is a quick 10 min walk to the tube.
The room was spacious with tons of light. I really look forward to staying at Node, it never disappoints.

It's true you pay a premium, but you actually get that premium. Location is great, house conditions are great and the apartments are spacious, weekly cleaning service is good, and the community benefits can also provide lasting benefits. I'd say you pay for what you get.

Made renting in Barcelona easy and good way to meet people - Would definitely rent through Node again

For the past six months, I've been fortunate enough to call Node Brixton my home. Nestled in a vibrant corner of London, Node Brixton boasts excellent transport links, with buses and the Underground just a stone's throw away.

The building itself exudes a sense of safety, fostered by friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment's design was a testament to the power of thoughtful design, transforming an ordinary space into an extraordinary living space.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Harpreet, whose exceptional leadership has created a truly remarkable living environment at Node Brixton. Your dedication to fostering a safe, comfortable, and welcoming space for residents is truly commendable.
