Subscription
I did not realize when I signed up that it was a subscription program with reoccurring quarterly charges. When I tried to contact them thru my membership I was unable because I had forgotten my password. They do not seem to have a program to reset passwords like all other companies. Therefore, I could not see any details of the subscription. I did contact thru the CHAT bot but still never was able to get another password!! I think that needs to change.

Open the NoCarbsChallenge app on your smartphone and tap Reset. Enter and submit your email address (make sure it is spelled correctly). We’ll send a password reset link to your email - please check your spam folder if needed. Click the link and follow the instructions to reset your password, after which you should be able to log in again.
If you’re still unable to access your account, please contact hello@nocarbschallenge.com with any email addresses you may have used. Our support team will assist you further and review your subscription details.

I originally signed app over 1 year ago…
I originally signed app over 1 year ago and later decided the app was not form me. I cancelled the subscription. I then have had further payments taken with another one today for £70.79. All of my emails to the company go unanswered
