I will strongly advice to see how serious the cleint(s) is before assigning to agent. Some buyer(s) are just not ready. Most of the time they are gathering informations.

A lot of bogus sellers and fake agents.
Nobul should be more vigilant in letting bogus sellers and fake agents in their website and they should take responsibility if the transactions were made and it went wrong. They should have a better system in screening their sellers and agents so the home-seekers can be confident in using the website. They offer great service but please make it safe and secured for your customers.

I would not recommend their services
I had a very bad experience while searching for a house. Their customer support was not polite and my questions were answered harshly. How do you work with clients? They should consider better communication.
