There worst experience ever ordered a jacket for 46 euro jacket came nothing like the picture, massive and i wanted a refund. And they told me that I need to cover cost of delivery back to Asia which would cost me aprox 40 euro 😂 never heard the likes of it. Useless, false advertisements!!

Awful condition, dress arrived nothing like advertised. It was a black dress with white off the shoulder and a bow at the back. In the images you could remove the bow, the dress was fitted and had a thick white off the shoulder around the whole dress.
In real life when it arrived, you are unable to detach the bow, and it is very very droopy. The white band to go around the dress and the arms is very thin in width, and is very long, baggy and loose and nothing like the images. Very disappointed. Tried to contact for refund, heard nothing back.

Item never received. Was offered a refund then they ghosted me then eventually said it was out for re delivery. Royal Mail says it is delivered however I can't track as the post code is incorrect.

The dresses arrived 3 days after i needed them they are also much bigger than the sizes ordered. i need to return them so i went through the returns process as it states on their website only to realise nobody replies.
The dresses are nice but unfortunately they are much too big. really disappointed and now i cant return them or get my money back. complete waste of money!

Like all other reviews appear to be a scam , item not as described now done a charge back against my bank

STOLEN MY TIKTOK VIDEO!!!! I MADE A TIKOTK OF A DRESS NOT BROUGHT BY THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE USING MY VIDEO AND MAKING OUT ITS FROM THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! MY TIKTOK IS DOLLYHOLLY86 and I did not give them permission to use my video.

Ordered a jacket that turned out to not look like the photos online. The returns policy said it was quick and easy. Requested a refund, got an email from the “manager” saying I’d have to ship it back to Asia at my own expense, which would cost around £30 minimum. Or I could accept a refund of 15%. I took the latter option which I guess they expect people to do. What a scam.

Ordered the Elodie Velvet dress and was really worried after seeing others review here so wasn’t holding out hope !! Dress arrived today and I’m honestly so impressed it is exactly as advertised, material is heavy and looks of good quality . Dress is correct to size and fits like a glove .

Wish I had read the reviews too! Size of jacket far too big - found out I have to pay over £25 to return the item to china ! Avoid like the plague!!

Complete scam! The dress i received was not as described/ pictured. They have taken the images off a different website and are claiming them as their own. When I sent evidence the item being not as described they said that their “images are taken under professional lighting and can appear slightly different”. No they are just scamming people then rather then giving a full refund you have to spend £25-£30 to ship to back at your own cost the will give you 15% refund. So you essentially have to pay double for the dress and get £5 back.
Avoid at all cost.

Ordered a tote bag, as it looked like a small business online and the quality from the videos and their website looked so good! It was £40 however was meant to be worth more and it was “on sale”. It took over a month to arrive, and when it did the quality was dreadful!! I’ve emailed for a return, and the “manager” has responded saying I need to pay to have the item shipped to Asia which can cost up to £30, or I can have a 15% refund. I understand why now all comments on social media are removed / limited.

Absolute scam artists - I ordered a bag, it took over a month to come and then it’s a completely random bag…
Fake sincerity and nothing offered to actually correct their “mistake.”They have the bag on the website but claim that they can’t send a new one and I want to return it, I pay the similar price of the bag out of pocket to return it to Asia and then they will give me the refund. They are based in Netherlands and are refusing to allow that… DO NOT SHOP HERE.. waste of time and money. Emailing back and forth for nearly a month and they basically send the same email repetitively. A way to force you to ask they’re options which either way you lose out of money and don’t receive the product you ordered.. They stand by their policies which are in compliant to the law.. doesn’t make much sense

Website sends dodgy tracking links, the item doesn’t match what I ordered and took ages to arrive. The refund email to get in touch bounces. Avoid!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. Just wasted £50 on junk, ordered a Caroline Tote Bag rook 6 weeks to arrive. Besides the wrong shade the quality was so tacky. I have emailed a few times and even messaged on Instagram but no response. Please dont buy from them. I wish there was some way they could be stopped.

If there was a no star option they would get it for customer service and quality.
Thee coat i ordered was of very poor quality and when I tried to contact them following return policy instructions both emails sent came back as 'unobtainable '

Wished I saw the reviews before ordering. Took over a month to arrive and the bag received isn’t what was advertised. Scam artists and trying to say I should pay for return shipping

Ordered the Caroline bag. Took 6 weeks to arrive despite chasing. When it did, its a totally different bag to what was advertised! Cheap, no pockets and clearly a con. Trying to return but they arent coming back to my emails despite their website stating to email them. Will try a bank charge back if they don't reply soon.
