Just throw the money in the trash. Same difference.

Ya know njoy, i see your responses for every bad review for them to contact you, and its bs. Fix the product. Every single mod i buy burns out within an hour or so. And thats maybe a few hits every 15 minutes. I bought EIGHT mods tonight and 2 packs of pods. All the mods are burnt out. All youre gonna do is tell people to send them in for a refund or replacement but heres the problem....no one saves the packaging and most corner stores dont give receipts. So thats a loophole im sure you take advantage of. Cant replace if theres no proof of purchase right? And also....no one wants more of a bad thing. How about you fix the issues of the leaking, 99c mods that either come uncharged or burn out within a couple hours. Ive never in my entire time vaping experienced a vape system this consistently dissapointing. We might as well just toss 12 bucks in the trash everytime we even consider getting these throw away vapes. Ive done everything possible to try and salavge them. Prime the pod, gently shake the pod, blah blah blah. On and on. Nothing works. I started using these a month ago when i quit smoking. They were amazing for like a week. Just long enough to make me prefer the way they hit. And then boom....sucking money from me like no ones business and leaving me endlessly frustrated. Yall say youre goal is to eliminate smoking from the planet. Yea right. These things frusterate me so much when they go bad and im stuck without being able to vape at 1am that they make me want to smoke an actual cigarette even more. If you want to make more money, just fix them and make the mods 3 dollars or something. But theres NO way i should have 12 99c mods in my trashcan right now from MONDAY. its Wednesday dude....because i keep having to buy more and more because the keep going bad. Yall are crooks. No wonder you dont answer tweets. Yall should be embarrassed of your product. Maybe i should just start smoking again. Never bought a bum pack of cigarettes in 20 years and honestly....at this poi t it was CHEAPER TO SMOKE at 11 dollars a pack at a pack a day. I thought yall were going to help save me from smoking. Because thats your stupid slogan. Look at all these bad reviews. These arent picky people. They are everyday average consumers. Do mkre than say "oh uh email us privately" no dude.....explain yourselves. Why is your product so severely lacking lately and what is your plan to fix it????

QUALITY HAS GONE TO SHIZZ

I have used this product since 2019, at first, they were great! Over time I noticed a less minty flavor for the menthol pods, and more of a burnt tobacco flavor. Then more recently most of the pods I've bought leak, I have noticed this for almost a year now. Before it would be a pod every now and then, now its every 19/20 pods that leak. Me and my husband buy a pack every 2-3 days, but after seeing all these reviews we are happy to say we'll be switching to something else. The quality has declined, please spend your money on anything but these.

Quality has nosedived

I use to love this product and used it exclusively for around 3 years. Unfortunately, in the past few months, the pods leak constantly. I’m lucky to get 1 pod out of the pack that functions as it’s supposed to. I’ve wasted so much money hoping they would correct the problem because I really do love this vape but I can’t keep throwing my money away. They’ve lost a loyal customer until they fix this issue. :(

Don’t waste your money on these

Been smoking theses for a coupes years and have been great but the last couple months they suck. They leak like crazy and some of the pods don’t work at all. A big waste of my money no wonder they’re always on sale now

Have been using this product for almost…

Have been using this product for almost two years. At first I had no issues. Then started getting leaky pods. I also got some empty pods. I contacted support to inform them and was left feeling defeated. So I switched to another. I thought after a two month switch I would go back and I got more leaky pods. So I contacted support again. I was made to out to be a liar. I even sent a photo to Andrea supporting my claim that the pod and the unit were covered in juice. And still made to feel like a liar. If this is the kind of customer service you give you should be ashamed. My husband and I both use these. It is a waste of money to have the pods leak.

Feeling like company is taking advantage of customer after they have them addicted to product

The one star is for recent experience. They didn’t use to act like this. I believe it’s the newer one that have the problems. They just stop working. You can charge them they act like they are hitting, however, you don’t get any vape from it. Very disappointing that the quality has been sacrificed from I can only imaging a way for y’all to make more money. I feel very taken advantage of…

Lost quality now all my pods are badnjoy .what is…

Fly Device : Wack pods

This Device is the slickest thing I've seen. I love the weight of it and being the only one in the room with it. Alas, I'm on my 2nd one because the pods are leaking and destroying the device. Yes, the color of the oil has changed as noted by others. I have sent the email to hello@njoy.

Been using these for a while and always…

Been using these for a while and always knew there was a slight (around 20%) chance of getting leaky or burnt pods. As of late this has been increasing substantially to the point where 3 of my last pods all contained burnt pods. Njoy has been my go-to for a while but I'm just wasting money or suffering through a terrible product at this point. Hope you can fix this so I can try again at a later date but for now can't stomach the drop in quality.

Horrible declining quality of pods

I’ve been using Njoy since before blueberry and watermelon pods were banned. I’ve never had a constant bad experience with their products since about a month and a half ago. Now, whenever I buy a pack of pods, most of the time at least one of the pods doesn’t work or leaks or is already burnt. I don’t know what’s going on but I’ve tried different stores and even got a pack in another state that also had the same problems. I found an old pod from a few months ago and I compared it to the new ones I’ve been getting, and there’s several minute differences. I am very upset with the diminishing quality of NJOY products and I’ve about had it with buying a pack of pods and flipping a coin to whether or not the pod works.

Hi my name is cameron, I live in california. I quit smoking cigarettes 4 months ago, and I've been consistently using n j o y devices as well as the pods because they last longer than Juul, but the quality is really bad. The pods taste bad and get a burnt flavor after a while, and the devices are defective. The devices don't seem to work well, I bought eight in the past month because a lot of them just don't hit that well. I'm done using njoy. I'm going back to Juul.

HERE WE GO AGAIN

HERE WE GO AGAIN! At this point, this company should just be shut down. I don’t know how there’s not been more investigation into the “quality control” at this company, or lack there of. Once again, after a short lived hiatus, they are right back to selling dark, burnt-tasting Pods. Not long ago this was happening consistently around the Midwest which are quite literally unusable and taste ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Cannot be good for your lungs either. Then, their customer service sends over a list of about 15 things needed which must be mailed to them at your expense to investigate and determine if they could issue a refund. I mean come on. If anyone is thinking about trying these for the first time and looking for reviews, I HIGHLY recommend you stay clear of this company and any of their subsidiaries. I will be hoping someone starts some sort of lawsuit towards this trash and, if so, I will be posting links all over the internet to get the word out there. I cannot tell you how many HUNDREDS of dollars I have wasted buying unusable pods from this company. At this point it’s not even about the money; it’s just the basic principle of doing good business in a highly regulated industry. STAY AWAY.

I have been purchasing the pods from kg local 711 or my local Love’s store and for the last 4 months I have experience leaking pods and the worst is the burnt oil they use to clear now all I get is dark brown liquid are you guys really scamming folks like you see what I see and you know it’s not right smh I need ALM MY MONEY REFUNDED this is very low down getting g over on folks that work hard for their cash and you run scams low down suckers

Njoy Device & Pods Suck!

I am so disgusted and disappointed in the enjoy pods and device the last three or four months I have bought more devices and more pods than you can shake a stick out I could have easily bought a legitimate vape system for much less money this is cost me over $200 and their devices just stopped working you can't charge them the pods don't work correctly and you end up getting nicotine in your mouth and you have to spit it out and gives you a bad taste I am so disappointed I have spent over $200 in unusable pods and devices in the last 3 months I am freaking mad and I'm going to find another device and company to buy my stuff through enjoy is a damn rip off. If you have any conscience or moral turpitude in your bloodline at that company you would refund me six devices and good God 20 pods.

My husband and I have been smoking njoy for a very long time since we 1st seen them come out. I usually don't say anything because I like the product , but more frequently this past few weeks we been getting pods that either don't work at all, ones that leak all over before u open the package, ones that leak and spit a bunch of liquid in your mouth and make u feel ill, and ones that taste completely burnt as soon as you open from package and go to use it. We have to keep buying a new pack every day to every other day, and only get one pod to work for 9.99 if even any..please investigate what is going on, im about to go back to cigarettes..

Complete Trash

Every pack of pods I’ve purchased has leaked, tasted burnt, or doesn’t hit at all. This is both menthol and classic tobacco pods. Some new pods taste burnt from the jump or midway through, it tastes burnt and the juice is dark. Some pods that are brand new in the pack actually have juice that is already leaked in the package. There are also pods that have issues hitting as well. I have to constantly check and exchange my pods to ensure they they’re not leaking and that isn’t always a guarantee. The last pack of menthol and tobacco pods I purchased had puddles of juice all over the pod, and device. It is extremely annoying and a waste of my money. I really wish you guys would fix this issue, because I’ve tried absolutely everything. It has gotten to the point that I have to transfer a brand new pod into an old one so I can actually smoke it without it leaking and wasting juice. There have been countless complaints about this and it’s very unfair to your loyal customers like myself. Sending the pods back and getting a refund is not a solution, you guys need to fix your pods and devices as well. I’ve been an Njoy user for about 3 years now and have never experienced these issues until recently. The Njoy product used to be satisfying but now it is completely unenjoyable and a waste of money. It seems like the issue was fixed briefly, but now it has gotten much worse. Maybe lowering the price would be fair for the quality of pods your customers are receiving.
