I was a little skeptical about
I was a little skeptical about buying directly from warehouse . Going there in person, I found the staff and personnel to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me through the purchase and saved me some money. I will definitely buy from NJA again and I will be recommending them to anyone I know who may be looking for camera equipment. Thank you NJA, thank you Victor.
Reconsidering my review
I wrote 3 days ago mentioning that I did not my purchased camera Sony Alpha 7S III nor I received my money back. Today Feb 10 I indeed received the camera, however I paid for Priority Air and arrived 20 days LATE !
The customer service was poor, they changed the narrative a couple of times and instead of apologizing they were rather aggressive, called me childish for making several phone calls trying to find out why I hadn't received my camera, among other things that I will not mention. Finally the camera is with me, there was no Fraud but not impressed with Customer Service

HORRIBLE. harassed my mother and I and said we were committing fraud because THEY didn’t send my camera lens 3 different times. Victor or Max, Im still not sure who’s who, were extremely inappropriate and said horrible and rude things to myself and my mom. This camera was ordered through children’s wish for myself. Because of the rudeness, we stopped talking with them directly and let Children’s wish handle it. Then a few weeks later, this guy calls my MOTHER directly and is saying we’re scammers and a lot of mean things. I still don’t have my lens. Apparently I called and said I wanted it sent to Ontario? That never happened. They are CROOKED SCAMMERS. Do not order ANYTHING from them.
REPLY (more info): I am not a well known fraudster lol. That’s a complete lie. I never said I was paraplegic or disabled. I don’t know if someone else called pretending to be me but none of that is true. Also at first they agreed that it was their fault that the lens wasn’t sent. They said it wasn’t scanned or something. Also, they sent a completely different camera than ordered. I got a T7 when they ordered a T6. Also IM NOT THE BUYER. make a wish was. So I can’t be on a fraud or scam list when it wasn’t me who purchased this stuff. Authorities didn’t agree with them, they told make a wish that they could take legal action but they figured it wasn’t worth it.
Also, if I was going to scam something out of my wish spree, it would have been something more valuable like the camera itself or the giant TV. this guy on the phone was telling me that he’s not my boyfriend and to stop calling when I was trying to figure things out. He called myself and my mother names. I’m not responding again or saying anything else. But you can Google my name to see I’m a cancer survivor. And that I got a make a wish. And we also didn’t ask for a full refund because of the lens. We wanted to send the whole thing back to be done with this BS company.

On 12/7/21 I ordered a Nikon p1000 and…
On 12/7/21 I ordered a Nikon p1000 and they charged my card immediately. By Mid-December it was clear that they didn't have it in stock and I sent them an email and called to cancel the order. They did not acknowledge either.
on Jan 20th I spoke with their rep Max who acknowledged the cancellation and said a credit would be issued back within 3 days and sent me an email to confirm. Now on Jan 28th there still is no refund and yesterday Jan 27th I received an email that the order shipped on Jan 26th!!!! Their "Customer Satisfaction Team", does not pick up the 888 phone line. It seems they listen to the messages left and then decide to respond.
If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would.

4/19/22: I just read the response/apology from NJAccessory to my 1st review (see below). What was the point of an apology that is full of lies? I don't know who wrote the response, but you did NOT refund me for anything! And, nothing has been resolved. Liars!
This company has the WORST customer service EVER!!!! Both Victor Max in customer service and Jay in sales have horrible customer service skills. They are only in their position for a check. They couldn't care less about providing a good customer experience or not. And njaccessory puts camera bundles together that are not even compatible to work together. And, by the time you realize that, the return window has closed. I will NEVER order anything from them again.

sold me a Nikon battery and then requested that I pay an extra $150 for it. Paid $60 initially but because he was the only one around with it while Nikon produced more this jacka*s refused to ship the item I lawfully bought. Still hasn't refunded me.

Also know as Buy direct and save. They have listing on Best Buy and Amazon. This company is a scam. I think they buy “used or returned” electronic products and sell them as new. They post pictures of OEM product with their camera sales. What you actually get is third party knock off products. I bought a $1200 camera body from them. Came USED. No owners manual and a third party battery. I returned the very next day and it’s been 1-1/2 months and I haven’t received my refund yet. I’m going to have to report them to my credit card company. They promise you they’ll return the money over and over and over but it never happens. Amazon returns my money in 3-5 days on a product return. When you call the company they are very unprofessional. They yell over the phone and pretty much make you feel like trash when they are trash.
If you value your money and won’t a quality product DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Everyone seems to have a bad experience with them. I’m surprised they are still in business. Probably because they don’t return your money after you send the product back and most people let these crooks scam them without standing up for themselves.
I’m definitely going to make a YouTube video explaining my negative experiences with them and the product fraud they pulled on me.
