I am writing this review for help to those who purchase online to be careful with your online payment specially those who are overseas customers, i have ordered online on 16 November 2025 2 pret from itlay without replacing my order they deduct my amount which was around 23000 pkr rupees first i was waiting to receive a confirmation email regarding my order so i can give details to my family in Pakistan to receive my order so there was nothing and almost a day i have wait to get the confirmation email then i sent them an email and my brother also call them from Pakistan to understand if order is done or not, so they told him order was not generated but payment was ducted, so they said to my bro now we can only give you coupon code and you can make an order again, so i got a coupon code through email, i have tried again but coupon code even doesn't work, so again and again i contact them for the refund and they told me normally we refund the amount with 45 to 60 days but we will process it for you as soon as possible, now its 18th of January 2026 and still i didn't get my refund amount, so please be careful with your advance payments its totally a scam.... Big name but very pooooor services very disappointed

Very disappointing experience with Nishat Linen. The dress I received was not like the picture at all. The dupatta style was completely different and the color was not the same. On top of that, return or exchange is not possible, even if you go to their branch. This was my last order from them. They do not even deserve 1 star. Very bad service.

Customer service is so bad specially for sale items

Exchange also isn’t allowed for smaller/ bigger size issue and you eventually end up wasting your money

Return policy is horrible do not buy online, no refund or exchange simply NO.

I order online with order no 85587 and size does not fit, Its my first buying from Nishat and I wanted to give gift to my wife unfortunately it loose fitting for stitched clothes. Customer care saying for sale items its not exchangeable. No solution just nooooo.

Tasteful designs, unique pieces and awesome prices! Love the brand, imo would totally go for it every time i want a trendy lawn outfit!
