I purchased a used Marantz Power Amplifier from Nintronics in December for £1,500 from eBay. It was a used item and was fine until day 34, Then on power up it went BANG with a blue flash coming out the top upon the bang. I contacted Nintronics who offered to have their Engineer look at this and would waive the labour charge if it could be repaired which i decided was disgusting 34 days after purchase just 4 days past their 30 day warranty. I decided i had spent a large amount of money on an amp that lasted little over a month and did not want to spend out anymore on an item that should last a lot longer than it did. Nintronics really did not care and basically got told that is the risk with used Equipment,
Totally Bad Experience and i for one will certainly never use or buy from Nintronics again.

This was my first purchase from Nintronics and it’s proved to be one of the best online experiences in a long time. I bought a pair of Monitor Audio Gold 200 speakers. Their price was unbeatable and the service and attention I received from the team was exceptional. The speakers arrived 2 days after placing the order and thanks to the amazing packaging without damage. Having said that one box had been penetrated during transit but the double boxing saved the speaker. I whole heartedly recommend Nintronics.

Wanted to buy an item and trade in my headphones ,was offered &600 against a £4000 pair of speakers ,I sold the headphones 3 days later for £2000 and purchased speakers from more competent rivals ,worst trade in I have ever received ,a rip off company I would stay well clear of

Ordered a recently discontinued Innuos media server and unfortunately the stock had run out. The sales person offered a number of options, including ringing me back about an ex-demo version. I went with that as it was mint condition and attractively priced. The media server arrived the following day and it was exactly as described. Very happy all around, with the service, delivery, and especially the media server itself.

Great experience and smooth transaction. Had speakers and sub collected for part exchange and new sub delivered. Whole process was brilliant with clear communication and super fast. Will definitely deal again!!

Below was eventually resolved and a refund issued - thus increased the stars to 3 - but am still pretty appalled and unlikely to order from them again

Had never heard of Nintronics before but, based on the overwhelmingly positive Trustpilot reviews and the seemingly good offers listed on their webpages, I decided to place an online order for an amplifier with them on 21st July. Order went through; payment was taken. The next day I received a phonecall informing me that the item was actually out of stock (an experience shared with some of the other reviewers it seems), and asking whether I wanted a different version. After brief consideration of the alternative offered, I declined it and asked them to cancel and refund my order instead. No response. I followed this up with another email the following day. Again, no response so far, and no signs of the refund either. So, a pretty poor and disappointing experience and, in the busy world of Hifi suppliers, I would definitely not recommend them at all. Appealing offers; absent service.

I've used Nintronics for nearly seven years. I've found them to provide an excellent service and very fair. I will always consider using them before anyone else.

Excellent, prompt and professional service from initial contact through order, delivery and after sales support. BIG plus that they respond quickly to emails. You can give 5 stars for great prices and delivery times but to me this is just 4 stars. The fifth star is for truly outstanding customer service - like when something didn't go as expected and how the company deals with it. I have ordered from Nintronics on numerous occasions and a couple of times, no fault of their own, they have sorted things out very professionally. The staff are really passionate and caring and they are my first port of call for anything hifi.

Having bought a number of products from my dealer James at DB Hi Fi who is supplied by Nintronics over the past 3 years plus including the incredible Gryphon Essence Pre Power and remarkable Ideon Ion DAC decided to upgrade my Kef centre speaker as it was seriously lacking compared to the rest of my system.
Spoke to Roger who advised the Dali Epicon Vokal would be a serious upgrade. Weighing in at 20kg & over 800mm wide it certainly look good. Once warmed up it delivers remarkable detailed sound with huge increase in overall performance.
Amazing centre speaker

I have had an excellent experience with Nintronics in Welwyn Garden City. I purchased a lovely looking Pro-Ject Debut Evo 2 turntable. I hooked it up to my Stereo amp but I got no sound from it. I spoke to Phoebe and Adam about the issue and Adam thought I needed a preamp for the Turntable. He came to our home within the hour and brought a preamp to try on the turntable, which worked perfectly. When I asked how much he said it was worth £69 but because he forgot to mention the need for a preamp he gave it to me. Adam is a very friendly and helpful guy. I would recommend Nintronics to anyone.
