There was major issues with the quality and colour of the clothing and when i argued they refused to take accountability and now given me the bill for the shipping and taxes also took 3 months to send it
Ordine #8098
All I wanted was an update on my item. I know they are in Italy and the time zones are different and everything is made from scratch, I just like to know where my item was at in production which now I know so I change my review
Not great, rep Amedeo needed prompting to send us the invoice so we could place the order and sent us wrong design link, we designed the t-shirt ourselves and it came €4400 euros for around 120 t-shirts with slow fabrication and delivery. Unfortunately this wouldn’t work for our team so we decided not to move forward the order. He then sent us an unprofessional email saying “we weren’t clear-headed and it showed”. Rude and overpriced. Go with a more professional vendor.

Hi Jaz,
your review contains several false statements, which we feel compelled to publicly correct:
– It’s false that the order was for 20 t-shirts: it was for 121 Pro Jerseys, our premium model.
– It’s false that you were given different prices: you never requested a quote before we issued the invoice. Our prices are public on the website, and the amount quoted was fully consistent with them.
– It’s false that there were delays in our replies: we always responded within 12 hours, and never received any follow-ups or reminders from you.
– It’s false that we spent “3 weeks going back and forth without getting anything done”: we guided you step by step through the process, including design confirmation, sizing and invoicing.
The only statement that is partially accurate is the one about the design link: it happened once, and we corrected it immediately as soon as you pointed it out. Mistakes can happen — we’re human.
It’s perfectly fine to decide not to proceed with an order, but spreading false and offensive information is unfair and can have legal consequences.
We strongly reject all the claims made in your review and reserve the right to take legal action to protect our company’s reputation.

I recently placed two orders with Ninjersey, there was a slight mix-up but once noticed this was rectified quickly and effectively.

As a company we expect PROFESSIONAL, high quality and FAST service. We were served!
I did an order as a sponsor for 52 jerseys !! with a different player name !! per shirt for a French Wargames team.
The experience was perfect and easy from start to finish, the result exceeded my expectations, and as a graphic designer I was on the lookout for the slightest error in colour, printing or anything else, but everything was PERFECT, I have rarely seen a team, a brand and a result so convincing!
Here is the important points :
- This order arrived in less than 4 weeks
- NO ERROR (52 shirts with different name = NO ERROR do you realize ?!)
- Quality of the material: impressive, just IMPRESSIVE
- Print quality: just perfect !
- Colour: Flashy as I expected!
- Customer service: top notch and responsive (Thanks to Amedeo & all the team)
I recommend Ninjersey, I will go through them again for other sponsorships, go with your eyes closed.
Esperienza fantastica. Puntuali nella creazione e spedizione velocissima, materiali e rifiniture eccellenti. Consiglio l'acquisto! Non rimarrete delusi!

Thanks for your feedback and for your many orders !
Ordered a top from here and the quality was amazing! Although it wasn't what I initially expected (as you can't really tell the material from the photos) it is very light, breathable and extremely high quality. Would definitely recommend
