Dear Craig,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that as soon as your ordered item was found to be out of stock, our team attempted to contact you directly to offer alternative options. When we did not receive a response, and after trying to source the item elsewhere, we immediately processed a full refund and emailed you to confirm the resolution. The refunded amount should already be reflected in your account.
While we completely understand your frustration regarding the stock issue, our team worked to resolve this matter and ensure your money was returned without delay.
If you have any further questions or require any additional assistance regarding your refund, please feel free to reach out to us directly at info@ninja-vapes.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Best regards,
Team Ninja.
