Only thing I didn't like that on your site wasn't written, that the product will arrive from abroad. I thought it produced in Israel. But a call to customer service was helpful.

This Wheat Starch is a food item in Asian cooking, but you may not know that every work of art on paper in American & European, if it is matted or framed, will be glued to mulberry paper hinges made from Japanese *rice* paper...with only this wheat starch paste. It is also used in every other Asian scroll that hangs on walls, glued to silk, embroidery, & so on. Your company is the only source that I could find & even on Ebay they weren't up to your level of quality & fairness of price, considering it probably came from Asia (Japan) to Los Angeles & then imported to Israel. Product seems working delivery ok But why not at home?

Making the order was easy, but shipment took a long time.
It is not clear to me why this item was so expensive

Theoorder came fast. But the price was 300% above the norm.

Ordered from them 3 weeks ago, since the start something was fishy. My payment went through yet the order failed. I’ve reached to customer support and they sent me an order confirmation. After a few weeks of nothing, I decided to write back. They literally just sent me a link to a fake DHL website, telling me that in order to go on with the shipping process I have to pay 0.50$, only through a credit card. This is a really well thought scam and I advise everyone to stay away from ninelife. BEWARE.

I wouldn't give this company even one star. Their customer service is the pits.
My order was made on 21.2.24. I still haven't received it.
According to their customer service, my package was delivered to and picked up from a postal facility in Givat Shmuel. I do not live in Givat Shmuel.
Obviously, a mistake has occurred. From their standpoint the package which I haven't received has already been delivered.

I have made an oath not to do any future business with Nine Life.

I ordered white noise machines for 300% the price (!) of what they are sold abroad.
They are still not shipped. I reached out to support via phone: automatic voicemail hangs up.
Crickets when I reached out via mail.

The product came a little late, but the expiry date was excellent. The product is a quality product, i am
very pleased. They also have an excellent customer support staff.

I ended up with a very complex combination. I wanted to order one pack of chewing gum. And it seems to me that I did just that. But it turned out that they took money from me for two packages, and then for another one. That is, three times. They refunded me immediately for two. Then they returned me for the third package. It turned out that I didn’t order anything. Maybe this is my fault too.
Then I made my order again. They write to me that there are no plain chewing gums in stock, but only pads. I gave my consent to this replacement. I received my order a little late and gums yet turned out to be plain.
Now I would like to order what they offered me as a replacement, but I’m already afraid of how everything will turn out
