Used few times already and every time everything was good. They offer best rates for SEPA > USDT and fast processing time.

Horrible service. They ask many unnecessary questions and keep cyrcling around one questions million times. It took me 2 days of constant check on my email and texting them million times to get answers. Their mr Admin is a horrible service provider that asks unnecessary questions. Compliance department works only in the morning at 10am. to check the docs once and if they dont like something then you have to wait another 10 hours at least.

Heeft geld overgemaakt naar Prophinity waar voor gewaarschuwd word als zijnde onbetrouwbaar. Deze transactie werd zonder waarschuwing uitgevoerd.
Nimlab heeft zich gehouden aan hun taak om geld over te maken naar een ontvangende partij die achteraf onbetrouwbaar bleek te zijn. Hier was Nimlab niet van op de hoogte net als ik maar de ontvangende partij word en werd op het net genoemd als verdacht.

I've dealt with NIMLAB twice, and both experiences were extremely disappointing.
The first time, they assured me the payment would be sent via SEPA Instant, but it took over 24 hours to arrive - completely defeating the purpose of an "instant" transfer.
The second time was even worse. They claimed their bank was having issues, and now it's been more than 2 days without receiving my payment. Instead of providing proof that the payment was actually sent, they simply ghost you and stop responding to messages.
This is completely unacceptable behavior from a company handling financial transactions. There's no transparency, no accountability, and no proper customer service.
I absolutely do not recommend this company. Stay away and find a more reliable and professional service.

The issue was due to a temporary technical problem on the bank’s side during their system update, which affected the processing of several transactions.
Please note that the payment was initiated from our side on time. Unfortunately, we had to wait for the bank to resolve the issue before the funds could be released. The payment has now been successfully received.
We always act with full transparency and do everything possible to speed up the process in such situations. We value your trust, and we’d greatly appreciate if you could consider reflecting this in your review, as this situation was beyond our direct control.
