I can't believe I fell for this too. After reading the comments here, exactly the same thing happened to me. I ordered one jumper but on checkout they offered me another one for $5, so I thought why the heck not, I'll get one for my daughter too.
Comfymale transaction taken out of my account 28/5/25 $29.68 USD, same day Swag for him $19.68 USD. Comfymale took another 39.99 6/6/25. And today 4/7/25 different company name Hangerhaus $61.19.
I have had to cancel my card.
I purchased the jumpers from Nighted. You go onto their website and go down the page to find additional charges (click here) and nothing happens. Scumbag scammers promoting mental health support taking advantage of mental health

Disgusted with these scammers. I was about to buy two 'you matter' mental health hoodies from their site when I got an offer for a third hoodie at USD$5.95. I accepted and the final amount clearly stated USD$44.63, which I paid. That amount was confirmed in the checkout and the order confirmation page.

BUT, I then check my bank statement and see an additional charge from 'queenofcasual.com' for an additional USD$19.68. Two separate orders with two separate shipping fees, and almost 50% higher than the agreed charges. I did not agree to this as you baited me into a deal, took payment, and then switched the order and added charges after the fact. This is FRAUDULENT and has been flagged with my card provider. For a mental health hoodie as well, you disgusting pigs.

AVOID Nightly at all costs. Deceptive, dishonest, and judging by the mountain of negative reviews on Trustpilot, it sounds like I'm far from the only one who they've tried to burn. Don't buy from these scammers.

I didn't realize until the second time, but they are charging my credit card 39.99 every month. I did not sign up for a subscription and did not agree to "gift" them money every month. And to top it off, they used a different name for the charges both times. The first unauthorized charge was under hestylefashion.com, which is the name they used when billing for my actual shirt order. The second unauthorized charge they used FX Nighted.co. They even have a link on their page about canceling unauthorized subscriptions, but when you click on it, it does nothing. Scammers and thieves!

Horrible fraudulent company that has continuously charged me since I originally bought a "You Are Enough" hoodie back in January. I am beyond frustrated! I am someone who lives on a limited income as I suffer from a number of mental health issues, and could not afford to dish out the hundreds of dollars they have charged me. I am trying to dispute these charges both with my financial institution, as well as with the company directly. DO NOT buy from this company!!!

Buyer Beware!!!!!scammers I got charged for two months "subscription fees" that apparently I checked the box. There's no way I can afford that, so I wouldn't do that! Nighted fraudulently charged two payments after my initial purchase one month apart. The bank had to report my card as 'stolen' and issue a new one.

Ordered 5 sweatshirts received 4 yesterday that were delivered to the wrong address quite a ways away from my house. Hoping that the other 1 that comes is actually delivered to my house and not the place my first parcel went to.

I purchased a sweatshirt from Nighted v2 - which I'm assuming is an attempt to avoid the negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised that the product arrived within the delivery timeframe. However, the quality is rather poor and doesn't reflect the photos. My daughter has taken to calling it my Temu jumper! Luckily I purchased it on sale, so the irritation isn't as great.

I was on the website of nighted and I was at the checkout, I was almost about to buy these hoodies. Keep in mind they were selling these hoodies for $14.99 at the shipping price of $15, first red flag. If you be reasonable that is very very cheap so consider that when you're looking at things online. I did a bit of research and I came across trust pilot and I saw all of the real reviews. EXTREMELY helpful as it opened my eyes to what nighted was actually selling. I am 90% sure that these are scammers and you should not buy from them. I was on Google and I searched up "dearpersonbehindme.co" and it came up with their real website. That's where you could find hoodies that were at least $64 and that was half price. That shows you how much something should really be if there promising good quality. The website looks extremely similar to the real deal so be careful. They have reviews on the fake website saying how good the hoodies are and all that but you HAVE to do your background research. I will be ordering the $64 hoodie to support mental health, from the REAL website, so be careful everyone.

Fraudulent charges I never agreed to. Seems like a scam. Blocked my card and I'm considering legal action.

It's particularly upsetting that the company uses people's mental health as a selling point. To do business like this is completely immoral and lacks any kind of integrity.

Just as others have stated, this is a scammer company. I ordered one sweatshirt and then they said I could buy one more for $4.95. After I paid for the sweatshirts I was charged $25 for a shipping fee. Then 2 weeks ago I was charged $39.99 for a membership fee. When I reached out to them by email (because they don't have a phone number) they said that I checked off something for a membership. A membership for sweatshirts? I said absolutely not and cancel and refund my money. I basically was told: nope, you know what you did...you physically checked off that you wanted a membership.

Needless to say after several more messages going unanswered I filed a fraudulent charge at my bank and they have since canceled my debit card. Do not buy from this company!

Hoodie was not the colour I ordered, not suitable for boy. Took weeks and months to answer emails, promised to refund a portion but never received.

Exactly the same as what other people are saying SCAMMERS AT THEIR FINEST, bought 3 hoodies for $14.95 each then shipping for $15 odd dollars and then asked to add another hoodie for $4.95 which I did placed order which I thought was in AUS $$ only to check my bank and have been charged almost $150 AUS $$ NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Have sent number of emails with so far no replies except for 1 from a Patrick but no replies since.

Hi I ordered 3 hoodies they promoted a extra 1 for $4:99 though hadn't mention there would be 2 delivery fees. Then since thus they have debited a extra $64:00 that I hadn't bought anything else and never authorised this. I'm seeking legal advice.

FRAUD/SCAM allert. They sell your credit card information to other companies and then on top of that the charge you a "subscription fee" hidden in their terms and conditions and charge you weekly for no reason. I had to cancell my credit card to stop them.

Honestly I Want to but the jumper or hoodie or sweater or what ever the f@#k you guys call them but I don't want to pay $40usd a month to keep it sorry wtf.
