I was given no option other than to have two teeth removed, for £1200. I declined and visited my NHS dentist two days later (I collapsed the day after, so was in A and E), who prescribed antibiotics and could only find a problem with one tooth. After 5 days, the swelling subsided and the lump went down. Beware!

I received a message asking for further details, but no reply received. Beware!

After suffering with toothache for days, and the Ibuprofen no longer relieving the pain, I finally took the decision to put my fears to one side and visit an emergency dentist.

All I can say is I wish I came much sooner.
The dentist was fantastic! I can not recommend him enough.

I completed my work experience here and the staff were lovely and really accommodating to me, answering any questions I had about any procedures I saw. I found they were really supportive and were provided excellent services to any patients in a professional manner.

After suffering with pain from my wisdom tooth growing in on an angle, and having been messed around for all most 2 years through other dental practices, I thought I’d try night and day. I turned up for a consultation and was greeted by Jack the receptionist who handled all paper work smoothly and was told by Dr Karrar he and nurse Rachel could complete the surgery the same day, I was absolutely over the moon to have everything go so plain and simply from start to finish, no messing around, in and out and now healing up nicely. Thank you for your help I will defiantly Be back for my dental needs and would highly recommend anyone else in pain to give these a ring they will sort your needs out straight away

I had two teeth extracted at their Aigburth branch, £750 for this and xray. I still had pain around the tooth I originally attended with afterwards. I emailed several times. There is no phone other than a mobile which cut off. I spent nearly week in unbearable pain before being saved by the fantastic MyDentist in Wavertree. I had dry socket syndrome, a known side effect of extraction, a swollen face, and once they had my money I got NO HELP from 24/7 at all, not even the courtesy of a response.

Contacted this company as was in severe toothache got me in same day ehich was very happy about
On arrival the receptionist was very polite and good customer service after 5 ninutes the dentist called me which was dr shezad he was very polite took x rays told me everything and explained everything real good and i was real happy with there service
Would high reccomend this dentist will 100% book again

Was very concerned about a chipped front tooth, visited the dental practice with the intention of only getting an assessment, however ended up getting the tooth fully repaired as well. Quick, easy and friendly staff made this an enjoyable expereince

I was in desperate need for a tooth extraction with unbearable pain. Night & day Leicester got me in as soon as I could get there from Nuneaton. Ahmed explained everything so well and clearly. Did thorough tests and put me at ease. Along with Sahur they extracted the tooth in no time and put me out of pain immediately. Ahmed gave me clear aftercare instructions. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you both

I had a great experience completing my work experience at this dental practice. The whole team was extremely welcoming, professional, and happy to explain procedures and answer questions. I gained a really valuable insight into dentistry and how the practice works day to day. Thank you to everyone for making it such a positive experience.

Been today & really pleased with results. The girls there were fab & the dentist was brilliant. Obviously private prices but my dentist for an emergency was 4wks! I also really dont think my dentist ( nhs ) would have done what the private one here did. He saved & rebuilt my tooth which had a huge fracture. Great result too. They also do payment plans if needed.

Tooth pain for 3 weeks as my nhs dentist booked me in for extraction with specialist. Got so bad rang night and day at 11pm on 29th. 2 hours later tooth out and pain gone. Particular thanks to exceptional dentist Dr Zain Salim. No pain and fast extraction even though my dentist said too difficult for him to do. Nurse in attendance very pleasant, professional and really put me at ease. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Called for emergency appointment and was seen within an hour. Very efficient and would recommend to anyone

I had a great experience with Ali and Rajey (sorry for misspelling). I was seen in matter of minutes and was talked through the whole process thoroughly. I broke my front tooth and was very scared and embarrassed, but Ali made me feel safe and did an amazing job! I'm so happy with his work I think I found a new dentist. If anyone has an emergency please visit, I recommend to everyone!

I went in with the same issue three times, and every dentist I saw kept saying it was fine. They would clean it, prescribe antibiotics, and hope it would go away. When I saw Dr. Neim for the first time, he immediately told me to stop wasting my money and get the tooth removed. My wisdom tooth was the real cause of the inflamed gum. The procedure took over an hour and a half, but he did it and inshallah, I won’t face this problem again.

I made an appointment as I was in pain i am a nervous person at a dentist, but was made to feel at ease from the minute I walked in the door, Kelly was the receptionist and she was lovely had a nice friendly chat, the dentist was Dr Raza and the nurse was Amanda wow what an experience, Dr Raza was very good new that I was nervous and sat and explained everything to me, Amanda was so reassuring all the way through i needed to have my tooth out that was causing the problem and all I can say is the whole team was amazing thank you so much .

This was my first visit as I had an emergency. The dentist listened and spoke clearly to what treatments would be best for me. I was not pressured in any way. I left the premises happy and reassured. I would come back in the future.
