Never known anything like it to return something and still haven’t got my refund

I ordered some pedestals for my new decking. Initially Nicoman sent me the wrong type. Within 24 hours Nimmi had arranged pick up of the wrong type and delivery of the new pedestals. Mistakes happen, but how the company puts things right is very telling on a company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nicoman and thank you Nimmi for your quick resolution.

Bought for my campervan as I wanted something low profile but wipable/ mopable. It’s a great quality mat that doesn’t have any rubber smell. Perfect size and quality is spot on!

I have purchased two mats from this company the first six years ago which is still in perfect condition. I bought a second mat one year on January 6th 2025 which is now unusable. When I complained this company said because it was over a six month period and bought from Amazon, they would only give me a 10% discount on any further purchase. The second mat was defective but Nicoman refused to take any responsibility for this. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of purchasing one of these mats to look elsewhere, they try and get out of any problems encountered after 6 months.

There was mix up with the order but it was resolved quickly and everything was fine, great product and very quick delivery, definately recommend

The item I ordered was dispatched on the day it was ordered and was due within a week. There were issues with the delivery company which Nicoman took swift action to resolve once reported.

The colour began to ware off after just a few days, After 2 months the colours have completely disappeared! So disappointing. It looked wonderful when it was new!
