Awful experience and I would avoid this…
Awful experience and I would avoid this company. I placed the order and rang up on several occasions for updates and everything seemed to be progressing. Just phoned on the completion date and was told they needed an extra £70 for delivery as they missed it off the original order. They sat on my money for 6 weeks and said it would still be a further 3 weeks if I paid the extra delivery as the item had been put on hold. Terrible customer service and would not waste your time. They claimed they emailed me but I received nothing since my order confirmation. I would not waste your time with this company.

High quality product!
I had ordered the Mount Juliet Frame and had it installed at the beginning of the week. The kids abolutely love it and I now struggle getting them back in the house! A very sturdy, high quality product which will last us years. Brilliant customer service from the beginning. Would highly recommend.

Working for a client who has purchase a product from. NI.
Took weeks to turn up. Finally got the order. I started to put it up. On the first day found that the 200mil hex had screws where not there. I phoned the company up. And told them the problem. OK there said. There sent a delivery. To my surprise there sent the wrong screws. So two days on the job.compleat waste of time. phoned again. And the service I got was terrible. Got told to go a bit them my self. So I recommend. Don't go any where near this company.

The range looks amazing and we only wish that we had more room to get an even bigger frame!
All communication was very prompt and clear. Very easy to customize and will last for years! The guarantee policy seems great too.
