Had a problem with a rather tricky tree trunk, then your name popped up in Checkertrade leaflet, so got in touch, phone answered promptly, Phil came next day, looked at it and he said (no problem) which eased my mind, gave me a date and a price which was very helpful being on a pension.

One mature cherry tree next to a corrugated roof garage needed severe pruning to reduce autumn leaf fall and allow more light into the garden.
Nick's staff arrived on time. They were friendly and courteous, worked efficiently and checked we were pleased with the job when finished. All cuttings were removed and they tidied up all the bits and pieces. Heavy branches were lowered carefully and there was no damage to the garage or shrubs in the garden.

They were brilliant. Phoned them to organise a quote and he arrived the following morning.
On the day they came, they arrived on time, 6 or 7 of them, and were very organised and thorough.
They did everything as agreed, left the garden cleaner than it was before, and were very polite and courteous.
I will use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The work was done on time and hardly a twig of mess left in the garden. I see lots of trees that have been butchered by cowboys but Nick's team reduced the Ash tree sympathetically, so it still maintains its shape but now lets light into the garden.

Excellent service, very professional, well organised and efficient. Did exactly what we asked for and when we asked for it. Excellent communication, really know their industry and was worth every penny. Our trees look amazing and we now have much more light. I would highly recommend them.
