I probably have over a dozen from Nicholas Charles and the rare occasion I've had issues with delivery etc the customer service has been more than helpful and respond quickly to emails, so no complaints! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have used Givenchy Gentleman for years then they changed the formula (and it is the thick end of £100 for 100ml!). Tried Nicholas Charles "Inspired by Gentleman" and found it to smell more like the old Givenchy. Also it lasts all day so win win. Most impressed.

This fragrance takes me back to 1972 when I first met my future wife! We both wore Patchouli cologne and dabbed our afghan coats with patchouli oils ! My wife passed awhile back and I wanted to smell the fragrance that we both loved so much!!! 💯 % recommended seller always!! Memories are made of this!!

Terrible experience… Never received the product because it was “stopped in customs” because we “didn't pay the fee.” NEVER received a refund, which was promised when the product was returned to the warehouse. This order transaction was in May, it is now October. If you live in the US, be warned, you will be throwing your money away and the customer service team will NOT help you. I never leave bad reviews, so this tells you how awful this experience was for me.

I've bought several of these scents over the years and all have been outstanding, scents true to genuine with excellent longevity...my favourite has to be LV ombre Nomade ...I can guarantee when I wear it someone will always comment "you smell nice, what is it?" I explain & point them in your direction 👍...super fast delivery & well packaged...loyal customer satisfaction.

I feel so so guilty. I gave an awful review towards the end of July/August. I bought 2 urba pura perfumes and an afternoon swim perfume from the bundle. I couldn’t smell the perfume and generally still can’t. I clearly said the perfume had gone off and it needed to be checked and it f itdn’t smell right. This is clearly not the case. I am wearing these perfume most days and can honestly say I have never received so many compliments. I have had a huge amount of people generally strangers comment on how lovely I smell. My family can smell the perfume on me as well. Please accept this huge apology from myself Alison Booth as I am definitely buying more from you. I am so sorry and would like to remain a valued customer moving forward.

I love the smell of my perfume Montale tonka I purchased and smells just like the real thing and lasts, I don’t usually buy copies I like the real thing but this is amazing so I will carry on purchasing this .. fast delivery also which is a good thing
