Poor communication
I didn’t receive communication about my delivery even after I had received my parcel. I constantly had to check the DSV website on the whereabouts despite a busy week. Communication was poor.

Order Confirmation, Order Processing as well as Shipping Notifications were sent and reflects as successful on our end - perhaps these failed to reach your mail server or ended up in the junk mail or trash folder.
In reference to your order, this was placed after 19h00 on Sunday 13 October 2024. Order was processed on Monday 14 October 2024 and handed over to DSV Couriers at 09h00 on the 15 October. Parcel was delivered and signed for at 11h24 on 16 October 2024
