The training was well structured, with a good balance of theory and practical application. Overall, I would highly recommend this training to anyone wanting to join the company. Kristen and Andrew created a positive learning environment, and their experience and professionalism made the course both enjoyable and valuable :)

I've worked as an external, independent and impartial quality consultant for The Traffic Management Company and other companies in the Group since 2009 and the company has developed year on year achieving every possible objective and goal that are set. No two years are the same, the company, its managers and all staff never stop developing.

Training was efficient and comprehensive, and all the team were really friendly and supportive.

A lot of content very well explained.

Andrew was very good at explaining and assisting me if I was unsure. Resources were good and set up with food and drinks was welcoming

I worked for the sister company The Traffic Management Company, have a look online... All you have to type is the name of the company on Google, followed by " NOT PAYING SOME OF HIS WORKERS" and you will have all the info and complaint, and court dates Mr Andrew M was involved for not paying his staff, his workers, the people who allow his company to make money, THIS IS NOT LIE, I m still waiting for one of my shift to be paid since November.

After I posted my first review, Mr Andrew M. Sent me an email trying to scary me, showing me a draft of an email he was going to send to the South of England Manager for Royal Mail about me, and procede to sue me with his legal team for posting a review, It makes me feel like I am being bullied, but I won't stop, and I will pursue any legal way to recover my wages.

Instructor very good at engaging with attendees with good humour but still very professional thoroughly enjoyed the whole sessions would have no hesitation recommending him to any and all interested in first aid training had a great day 👍🙂

I recently completed my first aid course. It was really enjoyable and interactive and informative.

Team at traffic management did great at suppling all the knowledge of the first aid course. The course was really helpful in getting me ready to help anyone who has a medical issue. Really enjoyed it can’t wait for the next one !!!!

Great training from start to finish.
The instructors at TTMC explained everything in a straightforward way and were very supportive throughout, making sure I was confident with every topic. The content covered all the key points I need to perform properly in my role within traffic management. I left feeling prepared and much clearer about what’s expected on the job.

Great course overall, the staff at TTMC who taught it were clear and really helpful, ensuring I understood each aspect. When talking about the course specifically it had all relevant information that I need to be able to fulfil my job role to its fullest potential at the traffic management company .

Excellent course content and very professional delivery. The trainers clearly know their stuff and made the National Highway Sector Schemes (NHSS) material easy to understand. Highly recommended for anyone needing traffic management certification.

Do not work for this company if you want to actually be paid! They take you on a contracted make you work 12+ hours a day with the promise of being fed and watered while staying days away at events. When you then travel and sleep in tents and dropped at your post you welfare gets forgotten about!
They then tell you you’re not paid hourly but salaried and any hours you work over are owed to you. Which is not the case. Of the all new full time people four of us have left without being paid and passed from pillar to post or just ignored through their payroll email. The head office is a PO Box and if you do get replies it’s very unprofessional and do not address any of the actual issues. Avoid like the plague! You have been warned!
