I must commend this mediation service for its efficiency and expertise. I was able to secure an appointment within three days of contacting them. I highly recommend their services as they are not only prompt but also demonstrated a thorough understanding of the situation and applied their intelligence effectively which a lot of mediation services out their lack. Took the stress out of a daunting experience
As a very daunting experience, the representative from NFM was absolutely lovely. Clear and timely explanation of the process, allowed me to explain the situation from my perspective, and absolutely did not rush any decisions or aspects. Gave clear, comprehensive advice on the next steps and how best to proceed, covering all available options.

I found the entire process very user-friendly. Everything was dealt with speedily & efficiently. As I have never been in this situation before I wasn't sure what to expect but everyone I interacted with, including my mediator, was sympathetic and explained the process clearly.

Facing the unknown
I was very anxious to begin with my emotions were all over the place.. I logged on half an hour too early and when the alarm signaled it was time I could not get in no one invited me in to the meeting. I had to start again. Luckily I made it and the coordinator appeared.
He introduced himself & warned me that he was about to go. Anyway I explained to him that not computer literate and I was nervous
The session went well. He explained what was going to take place. And asked me a series of questions about what I expected to achieve from Mediation.
As the questions were asked i relaxed and felt like I was being listened to. A lot of my concerns were answered understood how the process was going to benefit me going forward.
All in all I now know that I have rights and not to think the system is stacked against Dad's.
