Molly Barrett was amazing to have as my solicitor. I was a first time buyer and she was unbelievably efficient and helpful with everything she did. She kept me updated she rang me and any questions answers so quickly. I had an awful experience before i changed and used NFL and i can’t not emphasise how amazing she was. She is a massive asset to your company and i would highly highly recommend to anyone. I will definitely be sending all my friends or family your way. Thankyou so much !!

We sold and bought with NFL recently and must say the service that Jamie provided went above and beyond. She was always available to talk to on the phone and incredibly prompt in dealing with any curve ball that arose and always offered solutions. I would recommend NFL and Jamie to anyone who is looking to move without a seconds hesitation.

Awful. No words. We had very little communication with them.

In fact I heard from the builder that they were not satisfied with information sent. It would have helped had they told me this.

Despite numerous requests it was clear to me they did not want to act for us and have done this.

That's fine. That is your choice. But you left it a bit late to tell us.

Please be advised for anyone else they let an 85 year old down who has heart problems and is quite distraught by it and thanks to their actions we could lose our sale and our related purchase.

If you use them be warned they are not SRA regulated so if they go bust your money I do not think is covered in my honest opinion. Something I was not aware of.

I am actually fine you did not want to act but you should have communicated this far earlier than you have.

Please do not waste your time with these solicitors. Overly priced!
Their communication was poor throughout.
They charged us for information they did not use.
Their charges at the end were over double the initial estimation.
Once we complained about how dissatisfied we were with their service there response was very patronising, saying that we did not understand how the legal process works. Evidently this was their job to know and they should have explained in detail the process. Lack of communication - again!
They requested information one week before moving, and blamed us for not giving the information over. They had not requested it so how were we to know they needed it.
Worst service, I have experienced and truly regret choosing them. Please choose alternative solicitors.

NFL Legal were brilliant, used them for 2 moves and had some different case handlers for sales and purchase but Jamie in particular was great and they were always responsive, you couldn't ask for more from a solicitor.

Working with nfl was an incredibly frustrating experience. Everything that could go wrong did—from the Quotation and Contract to Names, Financial Statements, and the Final Invoice.

My assigned lawyer was frequently unavailable and failed to inform us in advance of their absence on critical contractual dates.

Check EVERY DOCUMENT they show you, or better yet, appoint another firm if you have the option.

I had a fantastic experience with James Praties and Tracey Randall who conducted the sale of my property, which was a leasehold flat with various complexities such as Help to Buy redemption. The transaction was dealt with diligently with good, meaningful communication that inspired calmness and confidence. I would not hesitate to recommend NFL, especially based on the service provided by James et al.
