Answered and explained my question
I had a simple question and it was answered and explained. I tried using the online form and no one contacted me until today, after the 2nd try. 3 weeks ago I sent it. I’m glad at least I got this phone number to call.
Even though there was a critical error , I had a very nice call experience
I had a very nice call experience on May 1st, at 4:15 p.m. CDT. My Nassau Annuity representative was very helpful, looking at my accounts and assuring me that the account ownership had been titled to my IRA in my name. She sent me copies of the letters verifying the same. I was shocked that the name change was incorrect, mentioning nothing about an IRA account which was the whole purpose of the exercise of changing the name, as I was rolling over my profit sharing plan annuity asset into a rollover IRA asset. If left with the incorrect name I will have a horrific tax event in 2026. I am so disappointed with the Department which received my account ownership name change.
