This young man Ben
This young man, Ben, put up with a lot of negative feedback about your company. It had been very unreliable timewise, although I always did get my money. It has been infuriating. Since I recently had to make a change with a document, something must’ve happened and no money came to me at all. I was stupid to be patient and waiting, but finally called. He told me it was a good thing because I might not have gotten my money until somebody saw the glitch or I called up and complained. Please feel free to listen in on the conversation that I had with him. I was hopeful that somebody would listen to all the stuff I had to throw at him. He said all the right things to protect the company and tell me how things worked. I found it unacceptable because this kind of a problem is reflecting incompetence. People are trusting your company to provide money in a timely fashion. I may have to pay interest on bills that needed to be paid based on having this annuity money in my account. When it wasn’t there. He told me it was a glitch in the computer. I was quick to remind him that computers really don’t make mistakes. The mistakes come from the people who program the computers. A company that deals with people’s money should be very quick to solve those kinds of problems. Goodness gracious that’s their job for heaven sake so poor he was covering your butt. Ben had to listen to a lot of my mouth, but obviously he paid attention, got the point and communicated with somebody and made it happen because just now before going to bed, I checked my bank account just for the heck of it and I was shocked to see that the deposit is pending so it should be there tomorrow morning. Kudos to him give him a raise as well as a pat on the back. Show him this report. I will certainly call him tomorrow once I see the money is actually there. This young man did beautifully, but he should not have had to work so hard and listen to all the garbage that he had to listen to till he really got the point. He was covering your butt. You really need to get your act together. Thank you for getting it together so that I have my money tomorrow.
