Working with nextgen for the last 6+ years, very very consistent agency to purchase leads from but what has really changed my performance with nextgen has been Eugene clay. One of the best account managers I’ve ever worked with and I’ve worked with a lot. Definitely recommend them for u65 and Aca.

Nextgen's leads convert. it's simple. If you know how to setup a campaign properly and target the good stuff, you will make money. the account team is very helpful, you just have to ask the right questions and get straight to the point.

Dead Leads!! I purchased over $600 of Medicare Leads. It was a waste of money. They did not bring me a sale and most of them didn't even answer the phone. They are not good quality leads.

I don't normally write reviews at all but compared to Benepath this is legit. I have gotten 3 sales so far and have quoted quite a bit able to talk to folks and that is what matters most.

I ordered a small set of leads to test for health insurance. The leads were horrible to say the least. I talked to more than half and all had health insurance and they did not request info about health insurance and a few people said they are getting lots of calls. I question the "exclusive" part I bought. Some of the supporting data on a few leads did not match what was sent to me about the prospects. One person on VM identified herself as someone else. I talked with a rep at Nextgen and he said that he would adjust my account to get better leads. Better? I sent the request about a week ago to get some credit and I did not receive any response. Honestly, if one person would have verified a request, I really would not waste my time doing this post. I called my credit card to contest the charge and they told me I need a 3rd party letter, another vendor, that can attest to me getting the wrong leads. Huh? I'm not sure how that is possible. I guess I will write my story in more places to keep other agents informed.

Redo your Medicare Education. If you buy leads that are ill got, you are still Liable. No one can Telemarket to get Medicare leads. Old rule spelled out very SIMPLY this year. You are who you do business with.

Jay Araiza offered us a buffer incase the leads were not qualified and used it accordingly. 80% of the leads were not qualified. We offered to send them recordings of the calls and let us know it was not necessary. We can not get in contact with them and will not respond after spending $4,200. We have money still in our account and only received one call that still didn't qualify.

I will continue to use NextGen indefinitely, not just because it's a great lead source, but because of my hands-on and attentive account manager Jay.

If this was a rating for Rizaldee Balza, it would be 5 stars, but unfortunately it's for NextGen itself. Rizaldee has been great to work with over the last couple years and does what she can to help your lead campaigns work for you. The CPA was great when I first started using NextGen and I spent a good part of my lead spend with them. It has since gone downhill and I haven't used them at all in the last couple weeks and I've had the campaign at less than 5% of my lead spend for about the last 6 months.

I spent over $530 to get leads and only got 2 working lines and they only allow a 15%return policy for bad lines

NextGen Leads provides a consistent flow of good quality live transfers at a market competitive rate. Quality is comparable to other good lead vendors. We have experienced very few unqualified transfers and when we do we usually get a credit back. I recommend buying leads from NextGen Leads. We have been purchasing leads since Feb 2019.

High quality leads! My account manager Lisa Montgomery has been so helpful and is so knowledgeable when it comes to lead buying strategy. She explained from the beginning that buying data leads means you need to purchase a good amount of volume and be prepared to put in some elbow grease to be successful. She set up all my campaigns to make sure I get the best cost for the most volume.
