Lightweight but headboard really good quality. Very pleased with the bases and headboards, quick delivery with good communication, delivery guys were great and carried it all carefully all up narrow steep staircase.

Bed (divan and head board) quality is good. Unfortunately, there was no way of arranging delivery at a pre-determined time (or indeed any indication as to how long delivery would be) so I simply received an e-mail advising of the delivery date, two days hence. This is not acceptable for people with busy lives. When it arrived the courier service was pleasant and polite. When I unpackaged the item 4 of the 8 feet of the bed were missing so it could not be assembled. The company sent the missing feet by post so it was another 5 days before the bed could be set up. Disappointing.

I'd been struggling to find a reasonably priced low double divan base for my new very deep mattress (which, on my previous regular depth divan base made the bed far too high, couldn't even sit on it to put my socks on) hence wanting a low one. Next Divan had them. Web site easy to order. Prompt delivery. I was updated frequently on delivery time. Was given a 3 hr window and Delivery driver phoned when 35 mins away. He was very polite, even offered to take his shoes off on entry. Easy to put together. Does what it was intended for. Excellent value for money compared to other companies....after all, they are only wooden frames covered with material so in my opinion do not warrant expensive prices. Overall very happy customer. Very easy website to use, excellent for value, wanted as a spare bed and had been quoted double elsewhere. Seems well organised, delivery came when they said and got a call just prior to delivery. Headboard was wrong one, it had black buttons but they exchanged it within 5 days. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Good product at a reasonable price. Not so happy with delivery arrangements as I was only given very short notice the evening before being told to expect it between 7.00 and 21.00 the next day. When I messaged to say I had a hospital appointment which I had to keep I was told if I changed anything again I would be charged. I had had no previous indication of when delivery might take place and feel I should have been given more notice. Poor customer relations from the delivery company.

The bed base arrived within a few days of ordering by a delivery company who were happy to take it upstairs. It’s not the sturdiest of bases but not expensive so… I found it quite difficult to clamp the two pieces together with the pieces supplied and I may think of another method.
The most frustrating thing was, after ordering fabric samples, it took ages for these to arrive but once a choice and order was made it arrived within days.

We liked the finish of the bed and it comfort, however it was really stressful trying to put clips under the bed as they kept popping back out. Better design needed to keep beds attached.

One of the divan bases was damaged and the phone number on your website and the receipt is invalid so Ive filled out a form for you to call me but I’m not holding my breath.

Got delivered the bed with missing screws so the bed is now being used without any assembly done. After emailing about the missing screws they said the missing pieces will be delivered shortly but nothing ever came.
