Insufficient
Quick delivery unfortunately the glasses were not fit for purpose I found the ordering process simple but insufficient to help with all the necessary details required ie pupil distance? I had to Google it and seek info how to do it! This resulted in an error of judgement and rendering the glasses unsuitable. I quick refund was processed once I'd returned the glasses at my expense. May be offering a free returns process would be good.

Please note that we offer 24-hour live chat support with a qualified dispensing optician, who can provide clear instructions on how to measure your PD, or assist you with the measurement directly. We're committed to helping customers throughout the ordering process and are always happy to assist where needed.
As glasses with prescription lenses are bespoke products, we are unfortunately unable to reuse them once returned. Despite this, we do not charge customers for the cost of the lenses if they choose to return their glasses, as we understand that the product may not always meet expectations. To help offset this loss, we kindly ask customers to cover the return postage cost. We hope this policy is understandable.

I purchased two pairs of glasses and…
I purchased two pairs of glasses and they are shocking quality. The nose piece has fallen off one pair and the arm snapped off the other pair. Would not buy from here again. The only plus is you do receive them quickly.

My glasses snapped at the bridge
My glasses snapped at the bridge - I managed to get my prescription and uploaded it after picking pair of new frames.
Glasses arrived next day (Sunday) and had no issues with the frames or prescription.
Fabulous service.

Was desperate for a new pair of glasses…
Was desperate for a new pair of glasses after a dog chewing incident. Next Day Spex did exactly what they said. Ordered Monday, delivered by 1pm Tuesday.
Superb service and good quality product.
Shame about the case though.
