My experience with Next Day Deals has been extremely poor from start to finish. If zero stars was an option id leave that.

The company advertises next-day delivery by 2pm, yet my order took 12 days to arrive. Even allowing for the Easter period, this is nowhere near what is promised and feels misleading.

When the item finally arrived, I exercised my legal right to cancel the same day. Despite this, the company failed to provide any return address or instructions, leaving me unable to send the item back while they delayed the process with internal “5–7 day” timeframes.

Communication was dismissive, and at times concerning. I was explicitly warned that initiating a chargeback “may be treated as fraudulent,” which is an inappropriate statement given I was acting within my legal rights.

It also became clear that the product supplied was more than likely grey stock as it didn't have a manufacturers warranty but one supplied by them. something that was not clearly disclosed on their website at the time of purchase.

As a result of their failure to facilitate a basic return, I have had to escalate the matter through my bank and won obtaining a full refund and they have since collected the product.

Overall, this reflects misleading delivery claims, lack of transparency, and poor handling of customer rights. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

In addition they have advised if I don't remove this review they will report me to action fraud and have called my husband to advise if I don't remove this review they will leave negative reviews on his business page. Again buyer beware. If things go right I'm sure it's fine, if things go wrong they are very unpleasant.

Delivery was slower than stated on their website. The company were good at staying in touch with regards to updates on the delivery but it was disappointing when the camera was expected next day. It was ordered on a Saturday and received a week the following Tuesday - 7 business days.

Quick delivery for the Sony a6700. No reason to contact their support - can’t comment on it.

I’d not heard of NextDayDeal before but needed a camera quick and their price looked good. Contacted them through their online chat.

First plus is that their chat is literally human driven. Right from the moment you join. No AI rubbish sending you in circles until you finally get a real person. Excellent start.

Beyond that, everyone I dealt with were fast and efficient. Delivery cane super quick. A little over a day, but that was because I ordered late in the day.

Once my delivery came in, one item wasn’t there. This is because it was coming from a different warehouse to the camera. I contacted them, turns out there was a mix up in the stock but this was all explained and they even searched on Amazon in case I needed the item quicker.

Other than the stock mix up (which I believe was from their suppliers), I can’t fault them. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and acted promptly. Even going that extra step to search for the item for me to give me options.

You may not have heard of them, but from my experience so far, I can vouch for them.

Just received my Nikon 200-500mm lens bought from Next Day Deal and am very happy with their service and prices. I bought my Nikon D780 camera from them as well a few years ago. I have registered both items for warranty with Nikon UK, so definitely no authenticity issues. Great communication and customer service. I will buy from them again.

This company is amazing! their prices are extremely good !,delivery can take a little time but not always, their customer service is first class. one of the most professional companies l have ever spent money with! they are totally on the ball, and that makes a big difference when you are buying cameras or lenses.

This is my 2nd order from NextDayDeal and I am more than impressed with the service they offer. I was a little skeptical at first as the prices seemed too good, but after reading other reviews and seeing they offered their own 2 year warranty I placed my first order for a Sony a7cr over the Easter Bank Holiday which meant it took a few extra days for delivery, but this was highlighted on the website, and my camera turned up on the expected day. So I had no hesitation in placing my 2nd order for a Sony lens which arrived promptly the next day. I even got a courtesy call the following day to check the lens arrived on time after the short but expected delay I had on my first order, that’s what I call great service. I’ll definitely use NDD for future purchases. Both items are genuine, brand new and boxed with original security seals from Sony.

Highly recommend buying from here. Liam phoned me as soon as he spotted a mistake i'd made in my order. I meant to get the latest Sony FX3a but ordered the second gen instead. He swapped out the order and although it came a little delayed, I was kept updated at each stage.

Ordering was easy. I was nervous as my items were being shipped from the UK, to me in Cyprus.
Absolutely no worries.
Arrived within the their deadline for shipping to Cyprus too.
Items arrived via DHL, well packaged. Everything that should be there.
Excellent Customer service. Responded very swiftly to any queries I had.
This is the second time I have had a delivery shipped to Cyprus in the last two years.
Would definitely order from them again for any future Camera equipment. Saved me a lot of money.

I ordered a Canon R7 with a 100-400 lens. The only problem I had was that it wasn't 'next day'. It finally arrived 1 week after ordering (with very little communication). All was forgiven when it arrived. Packaging was excellent (when I found out it was arriving via DPD). For those of you who are worried about the prices, this is legit! I got a brand new R7 for less than used price on other sites. I will be using this company again.

Recently purchased a Canon R6 MIII along with top notch lens.
Nobody can match these prices, and NOBODY could even match their customer service!

Daniel even called me to explain, that I might need to have an adapter, to match some lenses that I had, that he didn’t want me to order the incorrect thing and be disappointed. I already had this particular adapter!
That is super quick quality customer service like no other company I have experienced.
ALL enquiries, bar none, were answered super quick time.

Please be aware that in some circumstances, delivery can be somewhat delayed, especially over holiday periods etc etc. Mine was ordered over Easter with a small delay.
It was not really a concern of mine.
I would eventually get it within 2 weeks.
The prices, customer service, 2 year UK warranty all outweighs all of those.
If I could give the company ten stars I would.

I ordered a Nikon lens from Next Day Deal. I needed delivery by a specific date and NDD despatched the lens in good time but were badly let down by the Royal Mail. Their customer service team was very pro-active in keeping me informed as to progress - in other words I did not need to ring them but they rang me on a regular basis to keep me informed. Most impressive.

I upgraded my Canon gear to Mirrorless Canon R6 Mark 2 plus 2 lenses . I was dubious at first but researched the company. They are uk based and you can talk to them ! I had great communication with Daniel as I had a problem with my payment card . He helped me sort it out and I have to say the experience was brilliant! I’m just about to buy another lens from them ! So I’ve spent over £4000 with them so far ! Highly recommend them :)

Very good company but their name (currently) is a misnomer. Deliveries are delayed by a few days (and have been for the last few weeks at least) as they say that they are experiencing a high volume of orders. They expedited delivery of an item to me was unhappy with delays at significant expense to them. I ordered another item (a lens) - it was delayed and they informed me of this before I placed the order.

Their prices are the best in the U.K. save one other company they are fully aware of, but as far as I can see Next Day Deal offer a better guarantee and the other company is 14 working day delivery (so presumably) not shipping from the UK.

Their customer service is excellent and is very responsive. I was tempted to give 4stars as people should be aware of delays of 3 or 4 days that have been going on for at least 4 weeks. Delivery is still pretty quick but it’s not as their name suggests. I am told that this has been sorted now. Even so given their price and customer service they still seem to be the best combination of price and service I could find

Having read the reviews of Next Day Deal on Trustpilot, I placed an order for a Nikon Bridge camera which arrived yesterday lunchtime. Whilst this camera has been discontinued, NDD confirm they only sell new equipment. I am looking forward to experimenting with this camera (when the rain stops!). I am very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be placing further orders.
