This company is a scam. I ordered a product that was supposed to take out cracks in paint. It did not work and I didn't try to return it. They then charged my credit card for some type of a monthly "discount" buying service. They then agreed to return half of what they charged me and never did. Don't ever purchase anything from this scamming company.

First piece of advice I forgot to do this time!

They're hiding behind very big Co's of VERY similar name! Scammers definitely use every dirty trick to get YOUR money. Saw ad for Frost Gadget, googled name, not carefully enough?
Notification this morning for NexaCommer to get £23.10 from Bank. Immediately recognised name, though slightly different!
Paid by PayPal, $US certain paid Pounds. PP exp, automatic payment would come out each month? This month apparently bought Torch?
Explained was Scam, checked Trust Pilot, too late. PP have canc further Automatic Payments as assured them didn't agree to them, confirmed permission to cancel, done.
Rik, lovely girl passing to their Fraud Team as like Banks are eager to stop these unscrupulous people conning honest people they've taken more unauthorised money from, will continue to do unless stopped!
Anyone reading this, Rik from PP told me this monthly payment would've continued if hadn't noticed!
Now to make very embarrassed call to Ulster Bank Fraud Team.

Like Astrology, don't go near it either as this mug did, both in one day, payment comes out as Hintapp traps you if interested in ASTROLOGY asks for .50 few days later they 29.99.

Ulster Bank acted again for me stopping them both getting more money, getting refund as they're UK.
US are another kettle of fish, like nexa commer, I know that money is gone, still positive paid UK Currency as don't touch anything to do with $.
These people are TOTALLY RUTHLESS.
Got to ring Ulster Bank before midnight, dreading it, just don't want more money to go to Crooks.

Ordered the frost and snow remover from this company, it was a useless piece of plastic which did not work. Trying to get a refund was totally appalling and they kept offering reducing amount to refund me.
Today I was billed $29.95 to join their prime discount which they want to take monthly, and I have just had an offer to reduce this to $7 a month.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as it is a pure SCAM.

Bought and received product which was OK-ish, but keep getting billed via Paypal\. Have blocked them. Hope it works

Scam website. They send no email confirmation, no order tracking availability, and no order number, despite this they took the money out of my account immediately. They sent me a fake hotline number to call when I asked customer service for help. I imagine it was another ploy to scam me, again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

If you enjoy spending money and getting absolutely nothing in return, Nexa Shop is the place for you!
I placed an order over a month ago (Order #3083), received no tracking, no updates, and definitely no product.
Their customer service? It might as well be a ghost.
The only thing they ship fast is disappointment.
